The experience was the best I’ve had with fast food in general. I was greeted at the door with kind words as soon as I walked into the fine establishment. Connor a employee working there was extremely helpful and showed care and concern for my pallet and gave detailed descriptions of all the food items there. I was truly blown away with how clean and organized the building and staff was. I would defer recommend this place over chipotle and other Mexican restaurants.

I only came in for a pick up order, so I can’t elaborate on the whole service, dine in experience. I will say this is the 1st time I’ve visited this store, got a bday burrito & free chips & salsa. I did pick up. Got home opened the bag, and the burrito was wrapped up sitting on top of the chip. Wth…no salas was included just the burrito thrown on top of the chips wrapped up in a paper bag tied up in a plastic bag. So freaking weird.

We LOVE Moes Mondays and food is almost fresh all the time. Expect they quickly run out of necessary ingredients such as bacon or cilantro or some toppings. But if you haven’t tried moes sauce you gotta do that the next time you visit a moes location

Was out and about shopping And doing errands and I have never tried mows so I decided to have lunch at MOES . Never been to moes until now . The restaurant is inside a shopping plaza so you will have no problem finding a place to park . The staff is very pleasant and professional. I ordered two tacos and a soda . The food was really good and it’s was a very enjoyable lunch Many thanks to Al the employee, he was very helpful to me .

Came for lunch after being hospitalized for a week. The guy working was so slow and couldn’t remember anything. I get my order and its not my order. Go back up they offer to remake it. Fine thats great. I just had surgery imma go sit while you finish it up. Brandon said thats fine i will bring it out to you when done. Waiting waiting waiting and nothing so now i just need a refund its been to long. My food was still on the grill burnt as burnt can be and then had to wait on brandon to call someone before i could even get a refund. So lunch here was a huge waste of time and I really was looking forward to having lunch at Moe’s today, since was in hospital for so long but the staff had other plans as I wasn’t able to enjoy my visit to Moe’s today on 4/23/23

I normally love to eat at Moes but unfortunately I will never be returning to this location and I will be sure to let my friends and coworkers no to do the same. A few of my coworkers and myself placed an online order like we have done on numerous occasions. We work in a prison so we are in a time crunch and the way they tie the bags up so tightly it’s nearly impossible to check your order in store. The food arrives and the order is completely wrong and on top of that items are also missing. Now all of this is understandable I call up the restaurant and inform them of the mix up. I was told it was a system error and they put the burritos in bowls. Ok I understood that part but what about the missing items and the guacamole that was added by mistake. I was told theirs is no manager in and they need proof of the discrepancy because I could have eating the food then requested a refund. What?! I tell you what I will return this whole $50 order and you can look at the food I don’t need to lie about a mixed up order to get free food I already paid for and I don’t have to give you my business anymore. When I arrived to receive my refund the team lead was conveniently on break and not returning for another 15 minutes.
