Only reason I got food from this place is because my last order was, words can’t explain, just a mess, but I got my money back for that order in guest certificates so I figured maybe it was a bad day for whoever made our food. Nope they did it again..first I waited for 10 mins inside before I called to let someone know I was there to pick up, when asked what number spot I was in, obviously I told her I was inside. Then they didn’t have the right name on the order and to top it off no one knew how to put the certificates in the computer, so what should have been tops a 5 minute process ended up taking 20 mins. And my food was missing stuff once again…and just all around did not look appetizing at all. The pictures say it all!

It is a miracle this restaurant is even in business, and I would wager that it will not be in business for much longer. I usually hate when people start their reviews by saying, “I never write reviews, but…”. I have never in my life written a review for a business or a restaurant, but I was so appalled by the conditions of this business that I feel compelled to warn people before they decide to eat here. I visited TGI Fridays at this location on 7/29/2023 and was met with some of the worst service I have ever received, along with deplorable conditions inside the restaurant. We sat at the bar and quickly realized it had not been cleaned since the last guests left. We notified the bartender, who then handed us a towel to wipe the table ourselves. We ordered our appetizer, which was simply chips and salsa. After about twenty minutes of waiting, we asked the bartender if he could check on our appetizer, as there should be no prep time for that selection. He quickly returned with the chips and salsa that had been sitting for an unknown amount of time. After the first bite, we realized that we were not given salsa. Instead, we received chips with hot marinara sauce. We asked the bartender to bring us the salsa that we requested, which he did, along with our meals, since we had waited so long to receive our appetizer. While eating our food, I noticed an alarming amount of fruit flies swarming around the bar near the tap, open bottles of liquor, and our food, suggesting that the area was not clean. Behind us at a high-top table were piles of dishes and an unknown liquid on the floor beneath the chairs. No one had been seated there for our visit, so I am unsure how long the mess had been there. This is all enough to make me never want to return, but the real reason for my review is the conditions in the restroom. As soon as I opened the door to the women’s restroom, I was met with a putrid smell. Paper towels and toilet paper littered the floor and sink, and human waste was left unflushed in every stall except for one. I could not tell if the smell was coming from the restroom itself or the sink. The water coming from the faucet had a disgusting, sewage-like odor. I opted not to wash my hands but to use the hand sanitizer outside the door instead. There is no way the bathroom had been cleaned that week, let alone that day. All in all, our experience was horrific, and the conditions of the restaurant were absolutely disgusting and inexcusable. The manager and owner of the restaurant should be completely ashamed. We will not return, and I encourage others to avoid eating here.

The server came immediately to the table, got our drinks and order. She brought our appetizer out after our dinner, never came back to see if we needed drink refills. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food.

The food is what you would expect. The service was terrible. We saw our waitress once and then sat for 20mins waiting for her to come back so we could get our bill. I can understand if it was busy but there were only 7 tables and 4 servers on. I was a server for years so I’m pretty sympathetic but that was just bad service…guess that’s what to expect from going to a chain restaurant.
