You order online and get a”ready” notification just to show up and it not be ready. I know they’re trying to make their numbers seem like something is not but that is not working. Lady time I went there were 8 orders “ready” and we were all there just waiting wondering what’s the point, then they asked each of us what we ordered. What is the point of the lockers and ordering online for?

Still have not learned from previous comments to bake their pizzas longer. And…just like that commercial on tv where they pick up phn n hang up, the call rings n rings n then says person not available. Got our incomplete order, under baked, cold pizzas and half n half was more like half n quarter.

I’m so upset..so excited about the pretzel crust pizza, so we ordered it..Got home and it was the wrong sauce..So we called and the told us they ran out of the cheese sauce so they had to replace…Ummm…Why didn’t you tell me that when I picked up?!!….so I was like, “whatever, I’ll eat it eat”..so disappointed…Then I went to eat a breadstick (after I already called)…and it was NOTHING like their breadsticks normally are..completely different..like they rolled up pizza dough and tried to pass it as bread sticks…it wasn’t even edible as it wasn’t even cooked all the way..Awful experience..very upset..I still have my little Caesars pretzel pizza craving, so I’ll try a different location in a couple days…Hoping for a better experience

They won’t answer the phone, the app isn’t working, and they won’t take my order in store. Poor service at the counter. Store policy or management needs to be replaced. I’ll be heading to hungry Howies on Monroe street instead. It’s about 2 miles on the road on the right hand side just past Fred George road. Much better service there
