Best NY Pizza I’ve ever had in Florida! I actively search for the taste of NY Pizza, I’ve been to a lot of places, and this is by far the best replica I’ve ever gotten in the entire state. I drive from Port Richey to get this Pizza at least once a month, it’s my absolute favorite! (p.s. try their chicken wings… you’re welcome)

As someone from NYC, this is definitely authentic NY pizza. Apart from that, the pasta dishes are so good and flavorful, most pizza places, pasta is typically subpar but this was different. On top of that the service was great. Definitely recommend a visit if you can.

This place is amazing! I’ve had pizza all over the world this holds up to the best of them. Garlic knots and cannoli’s are some of the best I’ve had. The calzone was the best I’ve ever had. Asked them to not put slits in the top and it will be beautiful puffy bread.

Our experience the past two times dining here are night and day with other reviews. The last time, it was really dry – barely any sauce so this time I asked to put a bit more sauce. Our “Supreme” pizza had lots of sauce and aside from a few under-cooked green peppers, around 10 pepperoni, a couple mushroom slices, scattered onions, the crust was so thin and I have never had a pizza without seeing or tasting any cheese. This was as far from a Supreme pizza as you can get. Unfortunately, since we had to prepay, we didn’t say anything – just ate enough to no longer be hungry and then left. SO disappointing!!!!!! We had to add lots of grated Parmesan cheese to give it some kind of flavor. I rely on reviews so not sure how this happened.

Former NJ resident here and super Italian! Ricks Pizza is the best NY style pizza around. Beats Westshore pizza and Eddie’s & Sams NY pizza in downtown any day of the week. I’ve tried pretty much every pizza place you could think of, looking for a sense of home and true NY style pizza. This is the place! I will not go anywhere else. It’s a great family owned business like Italian restaurants back home. Their cannoli cream is also off the charts. Fantastic gem!

I’m from Connecticut recently moved to Florida. Up there we have some of the best pizza you would ever imagine. However down here it’s hard to find. I’ve been looking for a good spot and I heard a recommendation for this place. The owners were really nice and even opened the box and said “what do you think about this?” I have a feeling they saw my area code and knew what I was looking for. It did not disappoint. Very delicious pizza. This will be my spot.

First time in this wonderful restaurant, Hailey was our server, she is fairly new but took care of us well. It was busy and she was flying around restaurant. We are staying at the Quality Inn just behind this restaurant. Girlfriend was reading off items on menu so she made the choice of eating here. If your in the area or staying this is must try. They have tablets for menu’s which is a super smart idea, for a starter We had “Rick’s Sampler” it was a good choice a little bit of 4 items, next we had a salad and large chucks of cheese in the blue cheese dressing, very nice, Girlfriend had Baked Ravioli which she had Alfredo Sauce put on top, I had the Eggplant Rollatine. Both was very good, girlfriend never had eggplant so it was a new one for her. Lastly I love desserts and so we got 4 different kinds. Skyscraper Red Velvet Cake, Cannoli, Napolean, and of course the famous Tiramisu. Now my all time favorite is the Tiramisu and I have to say thank you Rick for making a great Tiramisu, it’s been a long time since I have had one this good and Thank you Hailey for taking so well care of us on our visit! We will be back

Stopped for Lunch today and had the 2 slice lunch deal. This place is just consistently great. If you like the real thin crust pizza, the owner to be present, and friendly service give them a try. My family in Tarpon orders takeout from here quite a bit too but going in for hot slices is a great lunch treat.
