Wow once you enter this place you feel like you’re somewhere else. They have a water pond in the front and the decor is amazing. We wanted to try the hibachi and a few rolls. I don’t remember which rolls we got but they were delicious. I got the filet and chicken hibachi I couldn’t eat anymore I was stuffed. I would definitely be coming back in the next few weeks.

I’ve been here before, but it’s been a couple years. The food has gone way downhill. Neither my husband nor I finished our meal, and did not take it home with us. Our cook was very sloppy, making a mess on the table top. More than one item landed in my lap. Probably our last visit. Too bad. It used to be great.

I took some of my family here and was very disappointed with the chef. The server was excellent and everything else was fine. The chef never introduced himself, dropped his instruments on the floor 3 separate times, flung the food(aimed for mouth) so far past our heads that it almost hit another table, butchered the onion volcano, and various other things. I was happy to pay, but when they came to collect the bill with my card, I asked to speak to a manager and handed him my bill and card. He asked why and I said that I wanted to talk about the chef with the manager. He asked what the issue was l and I mentioned a few of these. He left and came back 10 minutes later and informed us that since the chef had gotten new utensils it was fine. I told him that it wasn’t the health aspect, but the lack of skill. Our bill was 60-70 dollars and I am more than happy about the price, but part of that price is a skilled chef. This chef never said more than 2 or 3 words. When I told him that, he looked at me like I was crazy and said “that will happen” I understand mistakes happen. I don’t mind at all. It’s when there are THAT many mistakes and there isn’t even an apology. The table next to us had an excellent chef and I left feeling really ripped off and embarrassed that I took family there.

I chose to come here for Father’s Day lunch. It’s been over 2 years since we were here last, and we were seated at the hibachi grill with other families as is customary. However, we didn’t do a lot of talking with the rest (which I would have liked). I think the pandemic is still keeping people at a distance and that is ok.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hibachi grill. Took my family out and literally watched our server stand near the table not once were we asked if we needed anything. We constantly had to ask for refills after tracking down the server. Son ordered something he didn’t like because he tasted a couple pieces. The manager wanted to argue on amount. Versus resolving the issue that a kid didn’t like something. I gave him mine so he could eat The manager then proceeds to put gratuity on the bill.. which was completely ridiculous. Didn’t wanna discuss it with me but was eager to cash us out to get us out the door which my kids wanted to go cups and the server was very hesitant to even make those. So literally first and last time I’ll ever step foot in that place.

Upon reading the reviews this place is a hit or miss depending on the day or mood staff is having. I am looking for a hibachi grill to take our son for his birthday. Mother’s day we went to Greenfield Indiana to that Japanese restaurant and was happy with everything left happy had an amazing time. So we will not risk a bad experience and being the bad guy because this place well the Customer is Always Wrong from the reviews. So hard pass.. if they step up in the future and start caring about they Customer experience we may try this restaurant.

Good food. The chef for our table must have been having a bad day. No entertainment quality we usually get when going to other Japanese steakhouses. Ordered an appetizer and had to ask at least 3 times before we finally got it AFTER we got the check at the end of the meal! Not great service from wait staff either. Wanted to tell her it was my daughter’s birthday and never had a chance. Probably won’t go back to this one.
