You get 4 or 5 people in there and a few cars in line and they panic. I ordered several items where when I pulled them out of the wrappings they fell apart or was completely in a thrown together disarray. Yes it was clean and looks nice but the service not so much. As I brought my disarray of an order to the front the woman switched out for the man in frustration and the cook behind him was giving me a nasty stare.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. My order was wrong and I didn’t even get a receipt. When I called the manager he was very rude and nasty. I finally decided to go back so they could correct my order. The manager seemed apologetic and corrected my order only to be deceived and lied to with a smile. I didn’t want lettuce on any of my food and got lettuce on everything including my Mexican pizza. I even gave the manager a $25 dollar Amazon gift card assuming he was going to correct his mistake. He did not and still refused to give me my receipt. I was very disappointed.

Waited outside a locked door as the workers inside just stared at me, they finally opened it and after I ordered they said the lobby is closed, but has no sign signifying that. They then deliberately took forever on my food and even said pull “my name” order. And continued talking under their breath and looking at me. 20 min for 2 orders of tacos. Also heard them say they are holding it.

I don’t know what has happened to this taco bell but the drive through has become unusable. The last time we went we waited a very long time for them to take the order and then over 10 minutes and no cars moved in the line. We finally backed out and left. I will not go through this drive through again.

Dont go here after 6pm. I’ve went here multiple times and it used to be good about 3-4 months ago. They fired everyone on the night crew and got a new staff and the place has gone straight into the trash can. The workers are lazy, they under proportion the ingredients, it’s put together very sloppy, and they genuinely don’t care about your experience. The guy that answers for your order clearly also makes the food and I swear he pretends he doesn’t know what you’re saying once you get what you order. This place is not worth your time or money.
