I order on line for a pizza and I take the option for built my own and I added pineapple and bacon for WHOLE pizza and I found this not all the pizza had the ingredients, so I asked to the front desk associate what happen and she said that they had a mesure and the manager of the store said that if they add more than the measure they could be fired or no bonus at all and if I want a very good pizza I has to order one from 12$ and up, because the one that I ordered was too cheap (9$j so I had to style with that. I think it was so rude answer to me.

Did an online order pick up. Was completed in time. It’s cheap pizza so you can expect too much but they did shove the box closed into my cheese bread and wish they had stuffed bread.

My son needed an empty pizza box for a school project, so I ordered 3 pizzas for dinner. Went to go pick it up and kindly asked if we can have an empty box for his project. Mind you , the front door says a family company … they told me I have to pay full price as a whole pizza for an empty cardboard box . They just lost a customer for life . Even my son who is 8 said “dad that’s just wrong.”

I ordered my pizza through the app, it said it would be ready between 8:30 and 8:35, almost 40 minutes later I received the notification that it’s ready, I’m going to look for it when I arrive, they tell me that it’s not there, another guy comes and tells me that he knows about the order and he starts laughing tells me that I have to wait 20 more minutes all the time I was waiting for the pizza to be ready, if I could give it less than one star I would give it to them terrible service.

I ordered online and created a pizza with mushrooms, extra cheese, extra ham and extra pineapple; when I picked it up and checked the pizza, it was completely regular amount of ingredients (almost nothing), I asked to the front counter guy to please add the ingredients I paid for and told me they needed to make a new pizza and I needed to wait 10 min, after 10 minutes he gave me the same pizza and now it was cold. I just didn’t want to lose my time, it is always a waste of time and money at that store, they have the worst costumer service.

Horrible! Placed order thru door dash last night. Delivery was great! Custom pizza & pizza bread horrible! Thin crust no sauce, seems they just tossed everything in a rush & put closed sign up! Will never order from there again. Trying to reach headquarters get refund what a joke! I hope they go out of business! Hope all these huge corporations go out of business! What they deserve! So much for great food & customer service, ridiculous!

I ordered a light sauce pizza with crazy bread at 8:51 and was told the wait would be 10 minutes. I arrive to the cash register at 9:05 thinking it was ready. They told me it wasn’t done. After waiting another 10 minutes I kept asking if my order was done. Once I was irritated and furious with the wait I asked the lady again for my order and she asked for my name again! I told her my name and told me there was no order under my name. She kept telling I probably called the wrong one but I always call the same little Cesar’s and I have the store saved on my phone. Honestly really disappointed with how things were handled and was not offered no credit or anything they had on hand or not even a manager. Definitely will be sure to spread the word to keep people from a unorganized store. No more from me!
