Ordered online for pick up as the site said delivery was not available in my area (5 minutes away), no biggie as maybe they didn’t have any drivers this evening. My daughter went to pick it up and was treated very rudely by the associate running the window. Her and my wife ate after returning with the food, I wasn’t hungry at that time and waited awhile. My bad in that as I didn’t realize that they gave me the wrong sandwich until after they were closed. Ordered a giant roast beef and turkey (bootlegger club) and received a turkey and avocado instead. The sandwich is ok tasting but not what I ordered or was in the mood for. Not so much upset about it as I am about the attitude the window guy gave my daughter.

Truly taken aback at the scant sandwich I just purchased for $16 after taxes. And they left the provolone off. Just not much of a quality sandwich. Poor quality control. The manager ought to be ashamed of allowing such.

We had a big event on Saturday at a place I manage. Our plan was to order from a different place in pawleys because we had ordered from them before. At 10:30 that morning the other place decided they couldn’t fill our order. I called Jimmy John’s and spoke with Kim and she went out of her way to make sure we had our subs delivered to us. Not only was she willing to get them there by 12:30, she actually was able to get them there by 12:15 already cut and ready to serve! I’m not sure if she is a manager there but she definitely played that roll along with just someone who cared. These days that’s definitely hard to find! Going forward jimmy john’s in pawleys island will be our first go to!
