I loved the food. Good portions for good prices. Chicken was hot, fresh and crispy. The fries were loaded with sauce. The scale of heat is pretty accurate. It’s pretty saucy, and are 12 different flavors, but there is plenty of paper towel and wet naps. Soda was perfectly fizzy. I am definitely going back.

This location will single handedly make Portland Wing City USA. Some guy on Instagram was making previews of the progress, and I have never wanted to drive 700 miles to eat chain-store wings until now. I made a night trip of it yesterday. Go to Wing Stop for God tier wings. I grew up on Wing Stop. And I’ll raise my kids on Wing Stop. In fact, Wing Stop is so based, I had Wing Stop cater my wedding. I even invited the CEO to officiate my wedding. The Wing Stop on Burnside is easily one of the more anticipated openings. I can’t wait. Go Team Burnside! (not Gresham). I just don’t even know what to say. The wings spoke to me. I’ve eaten a lot of birds in my life, but damn. Like, are these wings laced with magic? Is it a curse? Am I doomed to wonder this desolate earth in search of a wing that will hold up to this highest of standards? I will forever be grateful for this experience.
