This place is fantastic! Little hole in the wall type of place. Located right across the street from the roller coaster. Great tasting food, really good prices, and it came out so fast. The churro was so good that I regretted sharing it with my friend. I got a burrito and my friend got fish tacos plate (2 fish tacos, rice, and beans). We both absolutely loved it. Got a side of fries and a churro. The whole bill was like $18 or something. Such a good deal! Will definitely be back!

Here on vacay with my Girl Scout troop and on the way back from mission beach we stopped here. The churros and mini tacos are a bit over priced. A churro like 3 stores down was over a $1 cheaper and looked better. My girls didn’t really eat their churros. I got a carnitas taco (street mini) and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Extremely moist and full of flavor. Once I added the red hot sauce, OMG…. Even better!!! I wanted to try the elote but it was over priced for me. Highly recommend the taco but not the churros. 🙂

Marcy’s Mexican Food was amazing!! If you’re looking for Quesabirria tacos, these are the best around. We vacationed from WA state to San Diego and were craving same birria tacos down here at Mission Beach and Marcy’s didn’t disappoint at all.

Had some good tacos de papas here. My partner also got some rolled tacos, he said that they weren’t the best but they were ok. Their red salsa has a good spice to it. They want 3.00 for salsa fresca. The minimum card purchase is 5.00 so be ready for that. They have the guava Jarritos which is cool! Overall great service and a good taqueria for a quick fix by the beach.

Last night for dinner, I went to Marcy’s Mexican Food. It was actually my 1st time there. I was quite hungry. I ordered a carne asada burrito and 5 rolled tacos. The burrito was great! Meat was well cooked, seasoned & had a perfect taste. The rolled tacos were just ok. Fair at best. The restaurant was clean though, and they have a nice salsa bar selection. They also have a deep menu. Many choices to choose from. Pricey, mainly because they’re at the beach.

Marcy’s was the highlight of our San Diego trip! We would go there every day for their delicious fish tacos, churros, horchatas, and even brought French toast one morning. The service was always exceptional and the staff were so kind. The location right next to the beach is so convenient. There are a few other taco shops on the same strip but Marcy’s was by far the best for the value and quality! Highly recommend. Looking forward to coming here in any future trips to San Diego.
