Update- stopped in for lunch and Lexi recommended the smash burger and it was delicious! Great atmosphere and food. Love the fish and chips. Shrimp salad was excellent. Gets busy and service can be slow at lunch especially but worth it!

The tayer tots were great got them hot and quick, she ordered a turkey blt was huge with fries looked great took forever. I ordered a double cheese burger the BWT smash burger wow took forever and it was sad….I am a big fan of burgers and and have made it a point to try them across the country. Well being the wait was long and the fact we had to ask for refills was bad enough but the pathetic look of this burger did them no justice.

MACY was my server! OMGG she is awesome I took my family out for Mother’s Day and she left us all satisfied! Macy had about 8 tables to her self filled with people and she never left us hanging. She does a great job. Will be coming back and asking for Macy .

The food was decent but my husband’s marsala was very dry, like it sat in the window too long. But the main issue was the service!! Awful. Our server didn’t smile once or make eye contact, and she was barely around for anything. We kept getting up from our dinner to ask the bartender for refills, more cocktails, salt, napkins, our server, take a photo, and our bill! And the place was dead, so we know she wasn’t busy…we could see her just standing in the service area through the glass windows chatting away. Thank goodness the bartender happily helped so thanks for that! We won’t be returning.

BEAUTIFUL presentation but the taste of the dish was extremely overly underwhelming. The mussels lacked not only substance but taste. They definitely made me remember they came from the sea and were stringy. Each protein part was cooked separately and you can tell because the LACK of flavor. The rice, beans, with the sausage was actually tasty and I truly wanted to eat it but with the chewy chicken and fishy fishy crawfish cake with no sauce it was impossible to pay for just rice with vegetables. Had they both been cooked in the dish and marinated with flavor or some sauce perhaps that would help. My first disappointment here so I had to make a review. Respectfully, DON’T bring this back next year. Please. Justin the chef personally apologized as well as the manager. I appreciate the positive vibes from my feedback and will definitely be back. We stopped for brunch and both the patio and food was great! Liz was our server – from the start she was attentive and friendly. Without being asked she took the initiative to rectify a simple order error. It was clear from our interaction, and those we saw with other customers, that she is a true professional.

I have to say it was disappointing. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s usually good, so maybe it was an off day. Mother’s Day reservation at noon, no issue. Didn’t realize it was only a buffet, but that’s on me – I should’ve checked into that before reserving. The food on the buffet I’d give a 3 out of 5. Was not worth what we paid, not even close. Our server though, was just not there…I can’t even say she was bad, we didn’t see her enough to know. A while after we sat down she came over and took out drink orders, which we had to tell her again the next time she came round. After she brought our drinks, we flagged her down for salt and pepper, then we pretty much didn’t see her again until it was time for the check. All she had to do was maybe stop by and get us a drink refill or two – we were getting our own food. There would’ve had to have been service to say it was bad service. They did have prime rib on the buffet and it was good, I can say that. Was the only positive.
