This is the worst bbq ever; the pulled pork tasted like it was just boiled no flavor at all the, cowboy beans are refried beans from a can with ham added, the potato salad tasted like it was made with miracle whip. I will never come here again.

Ordered pulled pork sandwich…bread was real soggy almost s as if they threw it together… also ordered a hamburger.. no flavor.. truly disappointed.. cashier that worked on the 8-12-2022 was rude and unprofessional… and you pay so much money.. and are disappointed by food and service…

My husband and I have had Smokey Bone before and it was really good. Today it was super disappointing. Mac & cheese and the pulled pork were both super dry and the bacon in the cabbage was super gummy. They have a good menu but their execution is not good.

We stopped here on the way through and ate lunch. We are big BBQ fans and have ate at some of the best in the country. I wish I would have passed on this one. Brisket and pulled pork is what I had on my 2 combo plate. You can tell the brisket was cut long before I ordered it and was very dry. I also was missing the seasoning on the outside of the brisket. If you are going to advertise as Texas style then it better have a good seasoned bark on the outside of the brisket. The pulled pork tastes like smoked pork. Don’t expect more than that from it. The “spicy” sauce is way too sweet and has a couple chili flakes in it to be spicy. Mac was maybe yesterdays and a bland. The whole star of the meal was the cucumber salad.

This was my second time ordering from this establishment. We were hesitant because the first time we had a similar experience, but this time was worse. We ordered two burgers, drinks, and some fries. After waiting 20 minutes we were called up and told they were out of fries. So we had to pick different sides and had to wait another 20. After this, our friend had mentioned the same thing happened to him and his family a few days prior, after ordering they were told they were out of fries. Driest hamburger we have ever had, did not contain any condiments at all. Went up to ask for mayo, there was at least six employees, and that was even a wait. We will not be back.

Disappointing. Admittedly, we had not eaten at The Smokey Bone in a while, but we had fond memories. Placing our order was fairly quick, but we waited what seemed like forever and a day for the food. All three orders were lukewarm, at best, as if they had been sitting, ready to go for a while, behind the scenes. My Carolina sandwich was definitely cool, my mashed potatoes were topped with congealed gravy and both the potatoes and gravy were cool. My son’s cheeseburger looked over cooked and was also lukewarm. My wife couldn’t eat all her loaded nachos, but had no interest in taking the leftovers home. We visited on a Saturday in the late afternoon, but ahead of any dinner rush. The entire food court was not very busy. The food was not up to the standards I remember from the days before the food court and the wait time was much too long. When you add in the prices, it wasn’t worth it. The Smokey Bone used to be much better.

I am assuming I just had bad luck but my first experience here was less than enjoyable for the most part. Two of us ordered the cowboy burger. Both our burger patties came very charred. Mine was worse off. I typically can enjoy the charbroiled style of a burger but mine was just burnt & the meat was very dry because of it. Made for a very disappointing burger. The fries were great at the very least. Someone else at our table ordered the nachos and they were as sizeable as you could hope for in a nacho. Topped it with pulled pork. Now that meal was worth the buy. Helped myself to some and it was delicious. I’d say that best bet is to avoid the burgers in case burning the patties are a common occurrence with them. The day we went was slow so there was no rush to factor into the potential mistake. Just a complete oversight of our food.

I’ve been eyeing the pulled pork sandwich ever since we got here (moved in March from WA). Every time I’m ready to eat, they’ve run out. Pulled pork is the only BBQ my stomach can handle. Well, today’s the magic day, because my son swung by after work to pick us up two pulled pork sandwiches, his with potato salad side and mine with the creamiest mac ‘n cheese ever.

This place has great food! I had the pulled pork combo with onion rings and potato salad. The pulled pork with spicy bbq sauce is delicious! The onion rings were fantastic, and the potato salad was great!

Pleasantly surprised by this awesome eatery in Twin Falls. First time to visit, we enjoyed delicious food and the lovely patio atmosphere. Ordered brisket and pulled pork and a few sides. Both were excellent! If BBQ isn’t your thing, there’s 3 other restaurants inside. Pizza, American food, creamery and craft beer bar and coffee cafe. Give it try. I think you’ll like it!
