I placed an order online and went to pick it up. When I got there only 1 out of 3 items was ready, the person at the counter had no idea I had other items. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the 2 pizzas and by that time the fries were cold. Even after she refired them, there was no communication between the person making the pizza and the one making the appetizer. Once home I believe the fry order was wrong it was very salty and not what I ordered which was the buffalo blue cheese fancy fries. What I got was fries covered in nacho cheese and very salty with some parsley on top. On the pizza there were whole pieces of garlic and black burnt garlic. The crust had no flavor and tastes like cardboard. I would not recommend this place.

Never thought I’d have to ask for cheese on my pizza! That’s like ordering nachos and getting them without cheese, it’s a fundamental ingredient . The employees were kind to ask if they could remake it for me but my other problem was that it already took 35-45 minutes for my pizza and wings when I first ordered. I didn’t want to wait any longer so I declined. I’m assuming the wait time could be due to short staffing and online orders, so I’d suggest ordering ahead of time. On the other hand, both the wings and beer were great!

Food is awesome, great prices, friendly staff and they always get the food out quicker than estimated! Only complaints are that they have always brought dessert out first and the marinara side is served cold but that’s not a big deal.

Had the jalapeño bites, Parmesan truffle wings, pepperoni black olive pizza, and the date night pizza. All of it was great! Order didn’t take very long and the staff was super friendly.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. There isn’t many places that you can get a decent size pizza for around $10. This was my first time ordering food from here and will definitely be coming back. The parm Garlic Fancy fries were delicious. The pizza was delicious. And the service was fast and friendly. And the atmosphere was great as well. Don’t really understand the bad reviews on this place because it is a night and day difference from the old pizza planet that was in this location previously. Great job everyone at Za Za’s you’re doing amazing job.

Take a few minutes to give this place a try – I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. There are interesting and creative flavor choices on a menu that is easy to read and fun to order from. The ingredients are high quality and the prep staff is well trained. The dining area has a neat vibe that is a welcome change from the cookie-cutter pizza joints you see all over in the Midwest. The pricing is reasonable yet you get a pretty decent value for your money. It’s possible to get an appetizer, a pizza, drinks and dessert for under 30 bucks. That’s enough to feed at least three people.

I had the honor of eating here today with a friend and we honestly had the best customer service experience, we actually got to meet the owner as well ! It’s so wonderful when business owners go check in to see how everything is with their customers! They remodeled the restaurant and it’s absolutely gorgeous and such a great welcoming place to bring your friends and family! We ordered 6 pizzas at 1:45 pm to be picked up at 5:30 pm for a mini celebration for my mother’s birthday and they did not disappoint! We had the pizza fries, rich & sassy chick, date night, spicy pig, and summer time and they were all delicious! We arrived a little early at about 5:22 pm and our pizzas were ready, hot, and fresh! The crusts were thin and crispy, the take out boxes they came in were high quality, and our guests really enjoyed everything! I can’t wait to try the wings next time!
