St. Louis Starbucks airport at Gate E29 was horrible. There was only 1 employee and she was taking her poor sweet time. I understand waits and long lines in an airport but to blatantly not care to try is ridiculous. Please get better employees that can work at a fast pace and can keep up with the flow.

Decent Starbucks with almost every menu option you’d find at a stand alone store. Breakfast & lunch sandwich options and fairly fast service…the line was pretty much nonstop. The staff was helpful, but you could tell they were overwhelmed with the constant rush of people.

The customer service was lacking, they don’t make drinks in reusable cups, you have to pour it in, and they don’t give a discount for reusable cups unless it is a Starbucks brand cup. And the lady at the register didn’t really know how to make change.

Hey Starbucks, I waited in line at 4am for over 35 min to place my order. Then, I waited another 20 min to pickup my drink. Unfortunately I had to catch my flight and my drink never was available. Turn off Mobile orders for airport locations.
