This place used to be pretty good, but recently it has become a logistical disaster. You come in and have to tell each person what you ordered. Then you wait for them to try to figure which is the sandwich you ordered. Then they add your toppings, hand you the sandwich and you wait around for 5-10 min before someone asks you what you ordered yet again to be able to charge you for it. The sandwiches aren’t bad, but the time it takes and having to tell your order to multiple people is a joke. I would say avoid this place if you are looking for something quick and don’t want a general hassle. I don’t have any plans to return after the absolute disaster that was my experience today.

Potbelly Sandwich is an above average sandwich chain, the sandwiches are fairly good, and I like that they are always toasted. Not the tons of options like subway, but I think the quality is a little better. The shakes are pretty good. I come to this location some what often as it right next door to my work places so it good for a quick bite. I generally can get a sandwich in 10 mins which is good for when needing a quick lunch. The service has been pretty good every time I been here and it always clean. The process of getting a sandwich and paying is pretty efficient. Good for what it is, but nothing special.
