Ordered Baja chicken tacos for my husband. Got home and there were 3 little pieces of chicken in it with lettuce and corn, half the taco was empty. What’s up with that? Never seen such skimpy tacos before.

I ordered catering two weeks ago, needless to say very disappointed. You get an automated email that your order was placed and no other follow up. The portions were skimpy, still waiting for a phone call from management. This was the Yorktown location. I would not use them again.

Hi. I love salsa fresca SO much. Ive been going there for years.. truly i think i’m your best customer but there is ONE girl who works there on sundays and she is at the front doing the register / food and she always makes my food sloppy and messy and lazily even when there’s no line. I understand when there’s a line but really she just does not put care or love into this like the others. Sorry. Everything else is amazing. Thank you

Absolutely the worst nachos I have ever had, and I’ve had movie theater nachos! Just no flavor at all. It was a chore just to eat them but, as much as they charge, I felt compelled to eat them. So I trudged through, hating every bite more and more. These were the Fire on the Mountain nachos, which have jalapenos, guac, queso, sour cream, ground beef, salsa, and cilantro… so you would think it would have some flavor. Even the jalapenos and cilantro were so blah! And I could barely find any ground beef. Also, when I was at the counter ordering, the woman was serving up portions so stingily I couldn’t believe it. A huge pile of chips and she basically drizzled a little queso on it. I just stared at her and asked, “Really?” But I don’t know if she understood, so I asked her if that is really all the cheese she was going to put on it. She just stared at me blankly. I told her to put more cheese on it and of course my receipt later had a charge for extra cheese. So she barely put any cheese on NACHOS, then when I get her to put some more on – SHE CHARGED ME MORE! She did the same thing with the sour cream – barely drizzled it on like she owns the place and is losing money! It’s been a long time since I ate somewhere and felt like I had completely just wasted my money and time, but congratulations Salsa Fresca in Yorktown – you did it!

Today we placed a large order last minute for an office meeting, the employee at Salsa Fresca was extremely accommodating in making it work. He was friendly & helpful when helping me to my car & upon unpacking the order, I was surprised and pleased to see the organization with all that came with this order & how nicely it was packed. Came with everything we needed & was delicious. We WILL be using this location for future business lunches – awesome job!

Second time doing curbside at this location. Absolutely horrible experience. I understand current circumstances, but I wish there could be a better way to communicate a wait time if there will be one. I waited an hour in my car each time for the food to be done and brought out meanwhile I had selected this time slot two hours previous. It’s not worth the hassle!

I love this place for lunch. You can build your own burrito, bowl, taco, tortilla, etc … with fresh food in front of you. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Salsa fresca is a fast food gem that is much healthier than taco bell. Highly recommend it.
