The food was good until I started eating and I found a long black hair in my bowl half way through it was really nasty I think they should wear HAIR NETS. I throw up all of the good, chipotle is one of my favorite fast food spots but. Now I’m going to have to step back for a bit. Good food by the way. They need to have their workers wear a hair net.

This is the worst managed Chipotle in the area. If you are lucky enough to get a decent item checked out without a ton of attitude, the place is always filthy, and rarely has utensils or napkins. A heavy handful of mediocre visits and the verdict is, go somewhere else.

We try to gave chipotle last chance. We order five order beefsteak bowls on line. It came out super salty and only 5 little chunks beef at the bottom and full with salty sauce on it. We threw out and never ever try again.

This location opened within the last year or two. The food is good, but ordering mobile runs the risk of getting the wrong order in your bag. In the 30 or so times I’ve ordered from this location, at least five of the times I received the wrong order, and probably another 5 times I had been missing my chips and queso. Luckily, I check before I leave the parking lot, and workers have been quick to rectify and remake my order.

I decided to stop at Chipotle to get a bite to eat and when I arrived I parked in the parking lot. I wanted to try their new plant based chorizo. I ordered online and it was done when I got there. I ordered for my clients as well and nothing was marked so I had to look through all the meals to see which was which and the staff was no help. When I did try the plant based chorizo bowl it was pretty good though but the rest of the experience not so much.

We just walked out because the front door was dirty, the dining area was a disaster, beverage area as well. I talked to some not wit kid who said he was a manager. He didn’t seem to care. Just said looks like that cause we’re busy. Not a reason it should never look that bad! Better to take time to keep respectable looking so customers would want to sit and eat.

This may possibly be the WORST in the country. Aside from being dirty and poor food quality/quantity, my 14 year old son asked for two cups for water. As the cashier is about to hand them to him, the manager runs over and grabs them. He says they don’t provide water cups. So I nicely approached the manager and asked for the cups and he rudely said “no water cups, everyone is stealing soda”. I told him I just spent $30 on two meals and would appreciate the cups. He hands me the cups and as I turn my back he slams both fist on the metal countertop in a roid rage and storms off into the back. The entire restaurant was silent and speechless. At this point, I was scared of this manager and embarrassed for the Chipotle brand. So I call Chipotle HQ and submit an online complaint, and guess what = they did NOTHING. They ask for my receipt, which I provided, and then they say they will review the issue with territory manager. Hands down the Ledgewood NJ Chipotle is the worst of all the Chipotle’s stores and the Manager should be fired. Not to mention I’m pretty sure denying water cups is against the law.

Horrible horrible customer service! Even my 10 year old noticed it (he goes “it looks like he doesn’t even want to be here”) No one is ever welcoming or nice, people seem miserable to be there. You ask for something and they get annoyed about it. If you don’t like your job, leave. Find something else to do. Only one young man was super nice and had a smile on his face and I even told him how he was the only employee I’ve ever seen be that kind and happy and the others should learn from him. Wish I could’ve gotten his name.

I love this location more specifically because of one outstanding employee named Josue. Every time I come to the restaurant and Josue is there, he is so friendly and courteous. He speaks and engages in conversation with costumers when he is helping them. His personality is contagious. I can tell that Josue truly enjoys customer service.
