They literally ran out of everything and didn’t tell me until after I paid for my food. I ordered a 4pc supreme chicken tender combo, I was given 3 1/3 pcs of chicken tenders, no biscuit was included in my meal. If you would like to pay for a full meal and only get half of what the meal comes with, feel free to order here.

Just went not long ago, waited a bit for him to come out with the food even though there was barely anyone here customer wise. Very disappointed tonight glad I didn’t bite straight into my biscuit, NOT FULLY COOKED AND GOOEY my son’s biscuit was the same. They did give us new biscuits but still. Never usually have an issue with this Bojangles but tonight they were messing up all the orders. Hope to have a better experience next time around

I can’t believe none of the bojangles are ever open anymore in Chester. I go to the one by the movie theater and they are closed. I come here and you are closed. Now yall reduced your hours to 7-7 yet you are never open until 7. Why not just shut the entire franchise down because clearly yall can’t seem to get it together to save your lives. Now it’s 6 pm on a Thursday and I pull up to the drive thru window and you all have a rinky dink sign up saying closed for 1 hour due to short staff. Again it’s 6 pm and you Now close at 7. So who are you fooling? Y’all probably put this sign up at 2 pm.

Placed my order at 3pm, didnt get my food til 3:15pm. I drove off going back to work, checked my bag and the warmest thing was my pie. I took 2 bites of my sandwich(ordered a cajun fillet club combo) no bacon to be found. Why did I wait 15 minutes for luke warm food? 2 other cars had to wait as well. I hope they had hot food. Guess I”ll stick to breakfast meals.

very disappointed. ordered delivery through doordash. doordash said i had 15 minutes to place the order & i placed it with 14 minutes left. come to find out, the dashers arrive & the staff say that they are not taking orders. makes no sense on why i pay money for the food & don’t get it made when it was well enough time to get everything together before they turn off orders for the day.

Ordered lunch and only got half. The lady asked if we needed anything else. YES MA’AM, Where’s the rest of our order?? We left with the food finally. Got on the highway and found the wrong sandwich in the bag.. Poorly run store, employees don’t care to do their job.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. They can’t even keep it properly staffed. It’s Wednesday at 1PM and they’re completely closed. And when they actually do have people they just jack up your order on a consistent basis. Sweet tea is atrocious here. Go to the other Chester location. Sad to see.

If negative ratings were an option, this place would deserve the lowest. Waited almost 40 minutes for 2 normal breakfast combos. Tried to give me an incorrect order first then had to wait 10 more minutes for them to figure out what was going on. First drive-thru window was completely unmanned, car in front of me paid at the 2nd window so i pulled up to follow and the one behind me did as well. While 1st car was waiting on their order and change, someone opened up the 1st window and told me i needed to back up and pay there. Obviously not possible due to the line of cars behind mine, i had to get out and walk back there to pay. The same lady then goes back to the 2nd window and gives change to the car in front of me. Ended up having to pull forward to wait more on my order and 2 of the many cars behind both completed their transactions at the 2nd window. All this and my order was still WRONG! This was literally the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to.
