Very slow. It appeared to me take-out orders were given priority. Maybe they were just under staffed. My pizza was good and hot when I received it. It took a long time to get boxes for my pizza and to cash out.

We enjoy getting pizza from there . The service was great and restaurant was clean . They have different pizza boxes , wings , pizza , pasta and salad bar also brownies .They also have a lunch special pick 2 .They offer curbside with online orders also delivery and dine in .

I wouldn’t give this Pizza Hut 1 star but it’s the only way I could leave the review. I am not one for doing this. I walked in for lunch and was asked if I was dining in, I said yes. They said find a seat it doesn’t matter where. There was only one other person dining in. So i sat down close where they would be close by. No one ever showed up to ask what I wanted or any thing. After waiting 10 minutes I left. Don’t have time to wait forever since I work. The place had a dirty smell as well. I love Pizza Hut but I won’t return to this one.

Very sad we ordered a medium thin crust half pepperoni half Supreme order of cheese sticks order of bread sticks. My wife pucks it up brings it home we get a small pizza 2 orders of bread sticks and no cheese sticks. Tried to call back and get 3 different people who has no clue. This place needs some help. We paid for something that we never got. Let’s just see how long it takes for someone to email me or contact me to correct this

Ordered 3 pizzas and cheese sticks over the phone. Was told 30 minutes delivery time both times I asked. 1.5hrs later nothing!!! No pizza and when you call no one answers, just an automated message that the team is working on it. Disappointed to say the least. 2hrs later when I call for someone to help me, I get tosses to 6 different people and then they hang the phone up on you!!!!! Now they won’t even answer the phone!!! Guess I’ll be on the door step tomorrow when they open to get my $65 back…. I hope…. Amazing they are still in business acting like this!!!

Terrible experience! Pizza and breadsticks were cold! That XL pizza is NOT worth it!! It looks exactly how much the company actually pays to make it, less than $2! They only give you two small ramekins of marinara with the double order of breadsticks! I was charged .40 more than what I was supposed to be charged! Definitely won’t be ordering anything from Pizza Hut anywhere! If I could I would get a refund!

Total disappointment. Ordered a hand tossed pizza, crust was paper thin. Not one drop of marinara on the entire pizza. Family said cheese was like GEICO (minimum coverage). We checked the receipt and order showed it should have at least had sauce. Worst pizza ever. Order wasn’t even placed during a peak meal time, so really no excuse. Had always had trouble at this location, took another chance. Probably will not be going back.

This place needs new management. There was 1 person actually doing the work of 5, but there was atleast 5 people working there. 2 employees had their kids in the restaurant. We waited about an hour for food and when it was ready someone from the kitchen placed our pizza’s under the buffet warmer rather then bring it out to our table the last 10 feet. Definitely the last time I go there.

My husband and I just walked in for dine in at the Hendersonville NC location. Sign said “It is our pleasure to seat you” we were never acknowledged and never seated. We left after about 10 minutes of standing there waiting for someone to say at least something to us. Not one person came out of the kitchen. Clearly the To-Go orders take priority over someone that took the time to drive there and come in to eat! All I wanted was a Pizza Hut pizza tonight (had not had one in a couple years).
