This place used to be one of my favorite places to go when I was a kid; the quality and service has dwindled. My orders are very seldom correct anymore and there’s a few employees that are just plain rude. To the Rock Falls Dairy Queen I go. Hope this place fixes it soon.

We went inside to get the food to go. The drive thru was busy. The staff was nice, food was up in a short time. It was nice to see a well staffed place. We got the chili dog & double cheeseburger. Everything was hot. Great job .

Very nice little place. We had rotisserie chicken bites and a double cheese combo. Both of the meals were very good. Definitely recommend this place for a good meal and fantastic ice-cream. And of course the service was great.

They don’t care enough to make sure the hours listed on line are accurate. The website says 10 pm closing time but they close at 9. When I tried to get someone’s attention to tell them this, they ignored me at the window. More reason to go to Culver’s and not waste my time with DQ

We went to this DQ on Memorial day at 8:30 pm. There were at least 7 or 8 people on staff during that evening. Notice I didn’t say 7 or 8 people working bc most were just standing around. I had 4 items in my order and my sisters had 3 more items ordered. They did the first 2 items and then decided it was time to take out the garbage. Every employee was either gathering garbage bags or watching the others. No one was filling orders. During this time my sister started recording the nonsense that was unfolding in front of us. The manager told her to stop and then when we questioned her about it she said “we are trying to not be here till midnight”. The manager ended up refunding our money and we left. Terrible service. Zero stars.

I’m unsure too what the atmosphere is like on the inside as we went through the drive-through and have every time I’ve ever been here. I was born and raised here and enjoy this dairy queen most of my life, I’ve never had a bad experience. The food was hot, correctly made, and didn’t take long at all.
