This location is a complete managerial failure. Cold food, slow service, incorrect orders, missing items, no receipts, no total given upon order. Rude workers, trash on the ground, parking lot in disrepair, go somewhere else. I’m done giving this location chances, because they haven’t improved over the last few years, surprised this location is still open. I wonder if I didn’t get a receipt to prevent me from submitting feedback on the wendys corporate site

This place is a joke. Waited literally a half hour in line when no one was in front of us. missing food, no straws for drinks, no sauces for nuggets, raw french fries. Instead of working the employees were out back sitting in chairs by the backdoor and with their car doors open just hanging out. It’s absolutely filthy in there, workers are dirty, blasting rap music, playing on their phones instead of helping customers. The same girl playing on her phone kept touching her hair and then touching equipment and drinks. And not only did we wait forever but our order was messed up. My husband went in and waited another 20 minutes for 1 sandwich and sauces for our nuggets. The lobby was filled with drivethru customers with messed up orders.The sauces they handed him were covered in honey mustard. Absolutely incompetent and for your the sake of your health I would not eat here. Beyond disgusting

Went through the drive thru today for an apple pecan salad with grilled chicken and extra cheese, I also ordered two strawberry lemonades with no ice . The lady who I think was a manager was very rude and wouldn’t let me finish my order, she had to keep interrupting me every second. The apples on my salad were brown and the chicken was hard and not anywhere near freshly cooked. Unfortunately, the lemonades were not very good either as they were made incorrectly and way too sweet to be finished. Very disappointed with not only the food but also the service at this location! I didn’t see a point in calling the store to complain as I’m pretty sure the manager was the rude woman and if she wasn’t the manager she wasn’t wearing a name tag for me to notify management. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Usually service is pretty good at this Wendy’s drive thru. Today was a bit of a problem. The wait to place an order was longer than it should be. I placed my order and they gave me the total. By the time I drove from the speaker to the window my total increased. Apparently part of my order doubled. The problem was resolved after speaking to the manager. When I finally got my order the chicken nuggets were cold.

Ordered spicy nuggets and was asked to pull around. Ten cars left after that so I went inside. They had cooked them and just left them hang. If I hadn’t gone in they’d probably still be in that basket! Worst part is I spent 23 mins of my 30 min lunch either in line or waiting. I couldn’t even eat as I had to rush back to work and clock back in.

The employees are very snappy. I went through the drive through and asked my passenger to repeat their order to me and the employee kept interrupting, repeating themselves as if I wasn’t answering fast enough. They were sighing and talking rudely. They interrupted me too many times. I went for dinner and breakfast the next day. Different workers, one was nicer than the other but they were both snappy. They asked us to pull to the front and wait for our order. For dinner we waited 20 minutes for our food and we were the only ones in line. Waited 10 minutes for our breakfast. The food was warm but not worth going back.

Anthony, the GM and I guess the manager was horrible yells at his employees. He walks out having a temper tantrum Lis people standing there witnessing all of his antics and you can’t contact anyone because they don’t answer the damn phone. This place needs to be called closed down and OSHA needs to be called.
