Great bar-b-que spot! I ordered the ribs with two sides which ended up being collard greens and green beans. It also came with a side of cornbread. Everything was excellent and was definitely a filling meal. Can’t wait to go back to try more menu items

Super fresh BBQ. The rib platter is huge. Iced tea cups are huge. Chicken hot and juicy. Plenty of tables out front with umbrellas for a quick eat. Saw lots of people ordering ahead and picking up in the drive thru. Super ice people working there. A solid stop if you’re travelling down 60 in the Mulberry area.

Carter’s gives you a reason to stop in Mulberry, other than a flat tire. Very nice take-out barbecue place. Nice variety of fresh made sides to choose from. The collard greens and black eyed peas were both excellent. The fresh cornbread is good too. Choose from barbecue or soul food dinners. I really enjoyed the ribs.

We used to frequent this place about 2-3 times a month. That was as of yesterday. The sign out by road read… Chicken dinners $10.99. I ordered two chicken dinners (all white) and a rib tip dinner. I understand the all white option is going to cost a little more. No drinks or extras were ordered and I was charged $52!! Got home, opened the first box and the first thing I see is a chicken leg still connected to a cut off thigh(hence dark meat). Opened the second box and same thing. The best I can figure, I HAD to be charged extra for the white meat, that I did not get, either time! Never again! The “yellow squash” had green squash, or something green in it. Using a cheaper version as a filler.The Mac and cheese was very dry and obviously days old. AND they seem to have gotten very stingy with their bbq sauce. When they made barbecue restaurants and take-out eateries, first they made CARTERS and broke the mold, and THEN they made everyone else… clearly, when Carter’s came on the scene, they shaped the industry for barbequed foods. Just completely incredibly delicious foods. The skill, the love, the flavor of it all, is above and beyond anything anyone can put into words. The food there is literally beyond describing when it comes to taste. If you haven’t yet gone to taste for yourself, you need to. Once you go Carters, you’ll never go back. ……. Enjoy!

Pricey food for mediocre taste. The rib tips were very fatty and I expected a grilled flavor but it tasted like oven cooked ribs. The mac n cheese lacked flavor and cheese (both of my kids thought it was gross and they eat mac n cheese all the time). Definitely Won’t be going back.

This was our first time there, recommended by a friend. And im glad we stopped by the service good, workers friendly and the food was so so good. Wish there was one if these locations in my area.
