Well the dominoes app wasn’t working properly, but finally ordered, got the time to pick it up, went there and checked in and waited, waited, my wife called and they said they had to reorganize, then magically they came with our food, got home and terrible, normally they are good but tonight really bad, look at pictures, food was undercooked and had to recut the pizza with no cheese on some slices and how crooked they cut it

I bought a large Brooklyn style pizza today ask for extra cheese sausage hamburger and mushrooms and got next to 0 toppings on other than that service was good there . I watched them while getting my pizza reaching into stopping baskets and just sprinkling a tiny But not being weighed each serving of topping should be weighed not a sprinkle estimated amount like they do there

Awful. We ordered two pizzas for delivery and were given an estimated time of 70-80 mins for delivery, that’s fine we get it. What’s not fine is that we ordered at 6:30 and never got our order. Anytime we tried to call the call would die, like they were intentionally ignoring the call. It’s absolutely ridiculous. We still haven’t heard back about getting a refund. Disgusting.

Absolute disaster of an experience trying this location. First time I tried to order they stopped taking online past a certain time so I had to call to place it, and ended up in a call center somewhere in India would be my guess, the guy barely spoke English, took 24min to take my order. The order was wrong and I got charged more than double what I should have been charged. I then went back the next day and the manager on duty said since it’s the next day they couldn’t give a refund or anything and only were able to do about 19$ worth of store credit. I ordered a pizza at a late date for around 11$, meaning you would think I would have 8$ left in my account right? Wrong, they said the store credit was a one time use and I was able to get a one time thing up to 19$, so it wouldn’t proceed to my next order. All around this place has been nothing but an absolute disaster and I would go elsewhere for food.
