Made to order burger joint. Having fresh burgers cooked well-done with many topping options. Good fries and shakes to accompany the protein. Overall, they provide a product that is a tad better than what Burger Kings, McDonald’s and Wendy’s can. But lately these big joints step up and crank out their burgers a bit better, thus making Five Guys looked silly in their pricing. I found it is very hard to justify paying 11 bucks for a double cheeseburger.

Never been a huge fan of Five Guys just because I don’t enjoy burgers that much. But every time I’ve been there I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality and amount of food for the price. The service is almost always fast however the restaurant style isn’t my favorite.

First time having a bacon burger since March 2020. I love Five Guys bacon burger. I like this location very much since they have huge dining area both indoor and outdoor. We did outdoor this time. The bacon burger was delicious. However they forgot to add grilled mushrooms to my burger. It was clearly showed on the order sheet but not in my burger.

Well lit and cleaned place, with plenty of safe distancing between inside tables. All employees wearing masks and gloves, and the tasty burgers, fries and shakes are prepared right on the spot. Even its little burgers (small size) are bigger and have more flavor than the ones from more traditional chains. Superb!!!

It was busy when I was there. Staff may have been rushed, but my fries were a greesy soggy mess. Unfortunately I took it to go, otherwise I would have asked for fries to be cooked a little longer and allowed to drain a lot longer. I think (hope) this was a fluke, a fries in past have been MUCH better.

SHAME ON FIVE GUYS!! Last week my 71 year old husband and I were traveling on I-95 with heavy traffic. We had to leave the highway to find a restroom for him. We usually stop at a McDonald’s but he had to go so badly that he chose this Five Guys because it was one stoplight closer. Alicia P was the employee who claimed she COULD NOT LET HIM USE THE RESTROOM WITHOUT BUYING SOMETHING FIRST! The restroom code was at the bottom of the sales receipt. This is wrong!! How can Five Guys get away with this when all of America rose up against Starbucks for this same policy?!?!
