I usually have no issues with this location. Typically amazing food and service. Not so much today. I placed my order online to be picked up at 12:23. I did not receive it until 12:55. I was late going back to work. The guy that was the cashier was useless. There was quite a crowd of people who ordered online. He really didn’t help any of us out. We would give him our name and go to check on it. NEVER came back to give us an update. Just went back to helping the customers that came into the store after I went to pick mine up. Every single person who came into the store after me ordered, paid was out of the store before I finally received my sandwich. Orders received online were still sitting in the machine – none were being made. Nothing was offered as an “I’m sorry for the wait” not even a drink. I love Jersey Mike’s but they lost a loyal customer today.

What is so great about Jersey Mike’s? It’s an authentic submarine sandwich. Authentic means freshly sliced, premium quality meat and cheese; the certified Angus beef top rounds are trimmed and cooked in the deli. It means bread baked fresh daily in the store. It means every morning the freshest onions, lettuce and tomatoes are hand sliced. The produce is purchased locally. Ask for your cold sandwich to be prepared Mike’s way: sliced onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, spices, oil and red wine vinegar. It’s what gives the sub a yummy zing flavor. The cheese steak sandwich was filling and delicious. It could be a good lunch date spot, since there is an outdoor seating area. Jersey Mike’s is located in an upscale shopping center. Delicious sandwiches as you can expect from Jersey mikes, however, at this Roseville location off Douglas, the gentleman (possibly owner) helping the ladies out behind the counter speaks to his employees rudely and condescendingly, making the whole experience quite awkward as I fought back the urge to speak my mind and stand up for the girls. If I ever witness that gentleman speaking in that manner to his employees again I will not return nor will I keep my mouth shut. Other than that, The ladies made me a delicious #8 on rosemary parm and Are always warm and welcoming when I come in 🙂

Worst service at this Roseville location. Walked in and they started taking the guys order behind me before taking mine. The person preparing our sandwiches was rude and asked if I wanted it Mikes way and I said yes except onions. They then proceeded to say hang on super loud and saying I asked you if you wanted it Mikes way and you said yes but now you’re saying no onions. They would have heard me the first time had they not been talking to other coworkers about non work topic. I will not be going back to this location and my child that was with me, even said as we were leaving, I can’t believe they spoke to a costumer like that. Please be kind.

I was really looking forward to a sandwich today until I saw a couple employees go from ringing up customers back to making sandwiches without changing their gloves. This happened back to back and not once did I see them change their gloves. When I notified the owner she asked if the employees were using their knuckles to ring customers up? Like that makes a difference? I explained that they are handling cash and should change their gloves before handling food. It’s just plain gross!!! It was clear that she wasn’t too concerned about it by her response and by the way she was dressed while handling food. Wearing a tank top and leaning all over the food while cutting meats isn’t too clean either in my opinion. Hopefully the owners will see this and make some changes because I cannot eat somewhere where my food isn’t prepared/handled under clean conditions.

Had to wait five minutes for them to grab my mobile order off the back counter with five works, only three guests. Another mobile order, I was told I was early by two minutes and they haven’t started my order. The order was ten minutes past set pickup time. Ordering on mobile isn’t good.
