I have been a loyal customer to Mountain Mike’s pizza located in Watsonville. Of all the times I have ordered online, today was the worst delivery and customer service I received, only from the owner Diane, but not the workers there. When I placed my order it said approximately 50 min. My pizza was not delivered until 1hr 30 min after. The first time I called was just to mention the main entrance of the aparto was closed to call me when they were here. Second call, was 20 min after to see where my pizza was at, and if I could get a discount for waiting for too long. Diane told me that delivery man was close by and that she were very busy. 3rd call was to cancel my delivery, one of the workers, very polite informed to give the delivery man too 5 min if not to call and cancel the order. 4th call was to cancel cause more than 5 min had passed and I was not going to wait. I spoke to The owner and very rude she told me to let the delivery man know that I was canceling, and she hanged up the phone on me. 5th and final call was to Complain why Diane the owner hanged up the phone without confirming if I was going to get a full refund. This is the worst experience I have gotten at Mountain Mikes located in Watsonville. And believe me, when I get a bad experience and miss treated in a place I do not go back. So I do not recommend Mountain Mikes. Maybe other location but not Watsonville. Every time I ordered was more than $60. I will be spending that somewhere else. I just want to thank the polite workers they have there.

Today, I ate lunch at Mountain Mike’s Pizza in watsonville. I was really excited about the food. The price was okay for pizza and a drink. My favorite is combination. Which consists of different meats, cheese, olives, onions and mushrooms. To my dismay the combination they served was mushrooms, olives and onions. I was so hungry I didn’t realize until my stomach was full that i was inhaling vegetarian instead of combination. I complained to the manager that he was cutting down on the ingredients for the combinations. He only gave me part of the money back because I ate the food. I really shocked they cut down the ingredients on the food. You are not serving the true great complete ingredients for the combination pizza! I called mountain mike’s pizza at different locations and it cost much more than this place. Mountain Mike’s Pizza is really good, but this location is pretty bad. You are cheating the customers!

I ordered Mountain Mikes for delivery & the pizza was ok, but they forgot the paper plates and the ranch I asked for, so when I called to complain, they said they did not charge me for the ranch and the driver forgot the plates. I do not recommend ordering from here customer service is lacking.

Called to see if they have a lunch buffet and they said yes. We get there and only 3 slices were left and no salad buffet. It was 11:30 am. So we went to Straw Hat and they were open for their lunch buffet with salad. The waitress/cashier catered to our needs. She went above and beyond. Wish I got her name.

This location should be a voided like the plague! The lady owner is very frugal (CHEAP)! Paper plates with your pizza. Come on now! I had the worst experience at that location with my three children. She made us feel so uncomfortable I would never ever give them any of my business in my life again. Please Mountain Mike Corporation please void their ownership. The Mountain Mike location at the Harden Ranch Salinas CA. is such a great place. Well worth the 15 minute drive.
