Wow, makes me sad to type this because I’ve been going to the Mayan chain of restaurants since I was a kid. Bud this place is horrible. Food was extremely average. Nothing worth paying 23$ for a plate. Service is by far the worst I’ve ever had at any resturant. This is insane. I was handed food and things by 2 different people and nobody really talked to me. Nobody refilled my water once. Nobody said “hi I’ll be your waiter” never coming again. Someone on staff was arguing on the phone with someone for like 5 whole minutes very loudly. All the staff was laughing and talking to eachother the whole time. Horrible.

Okay, first things first. The prices were fairly good. We usually get a plate of nachos to share, so the time we visited, we got nachos and one kids’ meal. Under $22 bucks. The food was hot and good. Service was good. We went on a night where there was only one other party there. Drink refills in a timely manner because, again, not busy. We will return! Happy with our experience.

5 Stars on the fact that this restaurant is everywhere. Very friendly service and on point! We didn’t have to ask for anything, they checked on us, refilled our drinks, and salsa bowls. The atmosphere and the decor are both amazing and clean. We ordered the Lamb shank which was very delicious. However, 4 stars on the tamales, tacos, and the enchiladas we ordered, they were a little bland. Overall, great food and great experience!

We were in Lacey visiting for Mother’s Day. We went the Saturday ‘before’ Mother’s Day to pick up the order we had placed 2 hours prior, and we specified that we wanted our order ready at 5 pm. We got there at 4:57 and had to wait 17 minutes! When you specify that you will be there to pick up your order at a certain time, it should be ready. I could see having to wait 5 minutes, but not dang near 20 minutes. Also, my mom was not happy with her meal due to the chicken being tough/overcooked, to the point she couldn’t eat it.
