Ordered ahead by 15 minutes. Got to the store to still wait for 20 minutes for my food. This place is a joke of a Jimmy John’s. Fix your staffing issue and maybe open before 11am so online orders can submit them sooner. I’ve never seen a JJ’s in such a mess behind the counter.

Feel like I’m quoting all other experiences below…places an online order, after 50 minutes was still in order received status…called the store several times and no answer. Had to go to the store to find our order was sitting in the counter with other online orders. Clearly the owner doesn’t care.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ve ordered delivery 3 times from this place and the food took over 2 hours the first 2 times, and the third time I had to call them after an hour, just for the Employee to tell me that they cancelled my order due to no drivers. Place will be closed soon.

A little busy at lunch hour to be expected. However this is the second time this week I have been here. Both days my #6 veggie sandwich was super sub par. Hardly any lettuce at all. Today I went back and asked for more. Still messy avocado smeared on top of both sandwiches, bread smashed.

Placed online order 3 subs. One of the 3 came with cheese when wasn’t suppose to. Wasn’t cut in half and didn’t have any oil or vinegar on it. How hard is it to make a sandwich.

Every time I come here the service is absolutely horrible. The worst in the city. I ordered ahead online and 30 minutes later my food still wasn’t ready. 2 sandwiches was all and the store had 3 girls working and maybe 1 other costumer. I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I was given a quick glance by a lady sitting with a toddler on her lap at the register singing to the child. I get times are hard but you still have to do your job and acknowledging costumers seems pretty basic. So done with this location. I hope the managers or owners look at all their reviews they’re getting because majority are 2 stars and under and reevaluate how they run this location

I work 1 mile away from this location. I always order my lunch at 12:30 so that it arrives relatively on time for my scheduled lunch at 1pm to 2pm. Only this order took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get here, and when I called all i got was a some dude telling me “Yeah, my other drive just got here, it will be delivered soon” …..20mins later. And for some reason they used regular lettuce instead of shredded?? This location needs some help. I’ve now learned my lesson, next time I’m going to Plant Sub.

The four employees who were here when I last visited were all young teenagers. The kids did a good job but the lack of supervision and an adult with experience was concerning, especially since these young employees were clearly new and still learning how to do things.
