!!Buffalo fries are horrible, hardly any sauce !!Check your order for ranch!!Order about 40 wings, got it, went hom and looked inside the bag to find no ranches.. and if I go back to grab RANCHES, fry’s will get soggy and wings will get cold. Lol the best the manager could do is provide ranch at the door and a suggestion to warm the wings and soggy fries up in a mircrowave… lol what a joke! Will take bdubs anyday

So we went yesterday on 8-15-2023. Friday night and there were a bunch of geniuses working up there. I mean these workers did not give a damn about the customer. They were dancing and just horsing around instead of making our wings. We were literally there for an hour just because the workers were not giving a damn. We will NEVER return to this Wing Stop ever again. We going to the southside one now.

Made order within 25mins. It was my first time. NEVER again. Later realized, someone’s order, tho’ same had been given to me, probably sitting out on counter for quite a while. Everything was cold. It was only fried and wings too. Soggy cold fries. Traffic was too bad to turn around. Trashed it. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Horrible place to eat. I have been here twice and both times the crews understanding skills were horrible. The first time i ordered a 5 garlic parmesan meal and the cashier charged me for 3 tenders then 2 extra and i had to buy a drink and got no fries and i ordered this over the phone. 2nd time i figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but no i ordered 15 bone in La rub meal and got boneless and no fries, i also ordered 5 garlic parmesan tender meal and they had no parmesan on them and the garlic was oil on the bottom of my order with no fries. I also was not the only person missing stuff from my order, a group of us were talking while we waited.
