I went to pick up an online order for my daughter and the girl on the mic that night has yelling at us to using profanity and telling us how stupid we are for using the ••••app and we should just use the drive up like normal people because you still have to •••• speak to them anyway. Very unprofessional. I know night crew is hard work and is a lot of work but not yelling at customers and using profanity is not an excuse.

I’m not a frequent reviewer of places but this experience requires me to warn you- don’t eat here! This was expensive and horrible. $12 for an 8″ sandwich with barely any meat. I ordered their Cuban-themed ‘which and if there was any bacon in there, I didn’t taste it. The thin layer of ham was at least visible but disappointingly lacking. There was more mayo than anything else. Just a disappointing product. The deli counter at Haggens or Fred Meyer sell better product that is infinitely better looking and tasting.

I get lunch here about once a week. Today I placed an online order at 1:59, the order tracker said it was ready at 2:09. I stood there waiting until it was finally ready at 2:26. Spent my whole lunch break waiting.

Have had great sandwiches at JJ’S without problems. We always order ahead on line and use curb side pickup. Our last order was never received even though we had the order number and receipt on our phone. After some research the staff prepared our order at no charge and apologized. Apparently some kind of system glitch. Thank you JJ’S in Olympia for making things right. Still the best sandwich of all.

So this is my second time eating Jimmy John’s and my first time entering one, and I have to say it was fast. They had like 3 or 4 people on the line making sandwiches. I had to make a small correction regarding my order (misunderstanding on how many sandwiches), however, they just refunded me my order and said it was on them (they finished making the sandwiches within 2 minutes) Customer service was excellent and the food was so great! I will definitely be coming back.
