9:15pm on a Wednesday March 15th, store hours online say open and on the door. But the employees decided to close up early. There were even 5 tables inside eating.This is so frustrating. If you can’t rely on it to be open why go!

Always love Penn Station and it’s Philly cheesesteak. This location however I wouldn’t really recommend. The worker that checked me out was on his phone and not paying attention the entire time and then that same worker had almost started a fight with one of the customers. Find another location

Sandwich was fine. Employees were horrible. Not-stop loud cursing. Several elderly women came in and employees were still loudly joking back and forth every vulgarity possible right in front of these ladies. Shameful.

The employee I encountered today had a bad attitude, he did not like that he had to get off of his phone to take my order. He was very snippy when talking to me. I have been to this location 10times in the last month and had nothing bit great service from Brian and others. However I will not be returning to this location.

Decent food, but the menu prices are completely wrong. It cost me about $4 more for my meal than the menu said. Either change the menu to its accurate price so you aren’t ripping people off, or make the food less expensive so you aren’t ripping people off.
