Pizza is fine. But they cannot cut the pizza. The last 5 times my pizza is partially cut. How hard is it to actually cut the pizza all the way? I don’t cut the money I pay you short. Don’t short me on cutting my pizza. It’s just lazy. You almost get what you pay for here.

The pizza was great. Hot, fresh and as ordered. I ordered a Diet Pepsi2 liter n was sent a Dr. Pepper. My fam only drinks diet. Problem. My total for 2 pizzas n drink was 49. Seems like they could’ve given me a discount automatically. I jus had flown back home n wasn’t thinking abt coupons or deals. I think that total was too high. And the time they quoted was 36-46 min. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! Do not even try to order from here. After dealing with the manager and the GM, I asked for their boss and they said I needed to look online for their information. How are you going to have a order tracker when you don’t go by it. I had 1 min for my order to be deliverd and on the last minute it tells me there has been a delay because they had to take someone else’s order first and added 7 to 12 min more to when my order should of been there. Don’t tell me 1 min and have me waiting in the driveway just to have me waiting 7 to 12 min more whats the point and the fact you did that to me on the last min was not a good way to keep customers happy. So I will not be ordering from the trickum store again. Don’t tell me 1 time and then show up 12 mins later.

30 minutes after order the delivery person showed up but yelled from the car the order was wrong. An hour later I went to Papajohns.com for a phone number but could only get a website Chat. Allan started the chat at 8:49 ten minutes later no resolve or answers all he could do was offer the phone number, which I wanted to began with. 10 minutes of nothing. Called the Papa Johns location and was told Door Dash was the delivery group. They were sorry but could not get another pizza out of another 40 minutes, an hour and 50 minutes after the order was placed. Got cutoff, called back for manager he offered to credit back my order but the credit would not show for a couple of days. Asked for Transaction number of credit but he did not have one. Next morning found a pizza at front door, NO ONE pushed the door bell. This is on a Tuesday evening, not a Friday or Saturday night.

So… Here’s the difference between this Papa John’s and the ones in Atlanta. The pizzas are better and the customer service is spot on. Through no fault of the franchisee, the website doesn’t allow you to order two 2 liter bottles that aren’t the same. So I ordered two diet pepsis and then called the store to tell them I’d like one of them to be a mountain dew. Well, the delivery guy wound up bringing two diet pepsis as the original order stated, but when I told him I had called in and asked for a mountain dew he zipped back to the store and brought me a damn mountain dew and he was happy to do it. The stuffed crust barbecue Hawaiian pizza was amazing.
