I ordered 15 wings, extra cook time. When I got my wings, they were very soggy, soft and squishy, even after the “extra cook time.” The proportions here are way off as well. Wings don’t get tossed in seasoning as they should. My wings are only covered by sauce/seasoning at the top. I only get a few thing of fries whenever I order the larger size. It’s basically the same thing as the regular size at this store. Also, they give out tiny little wings and pass it off as a regular wing. No type of chicken on those tiny ones and they won’t even replace it for you.

my food is only good of I sit down & eat here. other than that, it’s a 5/10 chance my food will be good if I order it through DoorDash or pickup. i use to love this location, but they’ve gotten worse lately. my fries are never fully cooked & my boneless wings are sometimes hard or little scraps.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the staff is unprofessional and rude! Even if your order is wrong or something is messed up with your order they wont care, they wont refund your money or remake your order. This is the worst establishment I have ever witnesses. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Placed an online order, said it would be ready 26-31 minutes. Showed up at 35 and still wasn’t ready. Waited for almost ten before asking how long it would be and they said another five…. Unbelievable. They should have said 45 minutes and I would have been able to show up when it would have actually been ready, another ten minutes went by so total time was an hour They seem to be really under staffed.
