The drive thru lane is extremely slow, the employees are rude and snappy. I think this has more to do with Jack-N-Box then it does this particular location, but ordered my regular grilled chicken salad and they stated that the chicken is now Julianned due to the recent menu changes. I told the drive thru attendant I was fine with that, I’ll give it a try. So, the menu change is you get less chicken for your money. I used to always get my salad from here because the grilled chicken was a whole chicken breast and it was more often good then bad. But, now they hardly give you any chicken on your salad for the same price. And the chicken is cold where you used to get a warm piece of chicken fresh. Time to look for a new salad place.

Told them to cancel order and the guy said he didn’t have my order in system. Then he said it just popped up and said would be ready in 8 minutes. I told him again Not to make it and to cancel it.
