Went to the drive-thru at 11pm on a Thursday after a concert. Ordered a couple meals. Sonja said she was going to make us fresh fries because it was late & she wanted to make sure everything was good. At the window I asked if the bathroom was still open, she said it just closed. Then she came back & said her manager Joel said to go ahead & let me use it! They were all great & gave us fresh food!

Bad experience to me and my wife on 7.19.23. Did a drive-thru order and one of the Team Members was pretty rude to us. Never have had an issue here like this before. My wife was pretty upset. I’d certainly like a follow-up from a manager or owner please to help ensure they offering top tier CS.

June 19th at 230pm 2nd time I gotten the same rude manager at drive thru today his hair was all different colors. He is not friendly AT ALL. No personality at all. The food there has been Nasty. 2 times ordered chicken Nuggets I couldn’t even eat them. So dry and nasty like they were sitting for days. I didn’t go back and complain but next time I will. No Napkins in the bag. This burger should NOT look like this

The restaurant wasn’t very inviting. It’s more set up for takeout. The clerk gave me back the wrong change but as soon as I explained it was 5 dollars short she gladly got the manager to rectify the situation. The crew member was very apologetic and friendly, I wish I could say the same for the manager. She looked me up and down like I was a crook trying screw them out of 5 bucks! Never said hello to me never asked me to explain just rolled her eyes and gave the poor young girl an attitude and a half like she ( the manager) never made a mistake in her life. Give me a break. Some of these middle manager types should take a lesson from their younger staff. Also food was cold and stale as well as very sad looking sloshed together in the bag.

Just bought here and I did not like this McDonald at all I bought two Crispy Chiken and the meat was so burnt black, also when I opened the bread path there was a small insect inside. I bought a Happy Meal and when I am going to give it to my girl, the meat was cold, it seems that this Happy Meal had 10 minutes bagged (Check the staff because they do not do a good job ) the receipt is also not understood because the ink is very Blurred 22.32 Dollars wasted and I am so sorry to have spoken but I had to say it for you to do a better job.
