Masala work ! I ordered chicken 65 biriyani but i got fried rice I believe! Rice is dry ! No masala ! I nearly covered every Indian restaurant around Richardson and Plano areas! And if i have to rank this place, it has to be on the last of the list . Chicken dreadful, rice was dry! I had to take a sip of every time I chewed it ! Everyday went to bawarchi biriyani but to save some time ordered from here today! Was the biggest mistake. And to all the people who is reading this, if you are not from india and want to try indian food ! This is not the place ! You are not gonna find the authentic taste you want in this place ! I hope you improve the quality of food !

I’ve always loved Masala Wok but this Tikka Pizza is delicious! Everyone loves Tikka masala, but the Southern Curry is also really good!

Was the worst dining experience ever. The Indian lady who was working had no sense of customer service whatsoever. Kept chatting away at the counter with her friends. The food wasn’t any better.

I went to this restaurant for the first time because I was greatly interested in the asian/Indian mix they have.

Should’ve taken all the 1 star reviews seriously here. This masala wok is a knock off of all the other locations in the dfw metroplex. The quality of the food is very bad. the rice was stale, chicken tasted old, the spicy pepper chicken looked like it was popped out of the freezer and cooked. Please don’t spend your money here, we threw away all the food and left. Unfortunately, the worst location of all the masala woks. Management – please fix up the quality of the food here! The staff was okay, just confused. The AC wasn’t working and the location could be a little cleaner.

AC broken. We paid 88 dollars worth of food. Me and the rest of my family got our food except my mother. The crew was very understanding and gave me a full refund. The owner/operators of this establishment need to do better. This place has taken a turn for the worse the last 6 months. Just waiting for the days until it closes down.

While a little pricey standing at around $12 for a plate, if you’re looking to get curry then, I think this establishment is a fine one to ease yourself with.

Masala Wok has gone downhill since Covid-19. Food has lost its quality, and currently feels and tastes very unpleasant. Two recent occasions, I ordered a Masala bowl. After consumption, I became sick to my stomach. Also, as others have stated, this restaurant seems to serve an imitation of true Indian and Asian food, which does not seem to justify the increased prices, but smaller portion sizes– particularly any protein added or included. Lastly, the owner seems arrogant about implementing any changes or improvements. He will happily suggest you take your business elsewhere.

We’ve eaten here for years. The Paneer Butter Masala is my favorite. Specify spicy, it’s lovely. Also, a year or two back they changed up the Garlic Naan. It’s an extra dollar or so to substitute, but if you like garlic it’s absolutely with the extra dollar.
