Our frosty’s tasted like hand sanitizer (not sure if it was machine cleaner or something else in them) and there were mosquitos in our food. The server also seemed very annoyed to be doing their job, not impressed.

I’ve been trying really hard to work with this facility. The staff are usually trying their best — except their manager — but multiple times, I have not gotten the food that I ordered. Today, my partner ordered baconator fries and the attached photo is what we got (notice the bacon is singed). My partner also asked if the staff had given us extra barbecue sauce because I’d specified it in the online order. The cashier assured us they had. We got back to work to eat and there was no barbecue sauce at all. I’m at a loss.

Service was impatient while not taking our order right, left out there were no medium cups till halfway through ordering medium meals just marking them as small or just sandwiches. They were very rude and short while we ordered. But they were quick to get our food to us and everything was as ordered.

I ordered a baconator with two extra slices of cheese (no bun). If the baconator was made as advertised, that would be 5 slices of cheese (without extra it comes with 3). I got two slices total and less than a slice of bacon. I ordered two and got ripped off about $18. Baconator??? How Pathetic!

The food was great. I was greeted at the counter by the employee turning around and walking away from me. I asked the other employee at the counter for help. They had to go find someone. The entire time I ate the staff argued somewhat loudly about who held who’s hand and who was working Friday and who was calling in sick. I think I’ll enjoy my visit more if I go through the drive thru and eat in my car.

Was somewhat clean inside but everything else was terrible. Manager (tall, skinny, dark hair) taking drive through orders and was loudly calling a drive through customer names while taking another guests order at the counter. Our burgers were ice cold and dry. Soda was way to syrupy. Gave us one sauce for two orders of nuggets and seemed offended we asked for another. A few times people came in to pick up to go/door dash orders and staff was not to be bothered with any questions. Indoors was empty but us and there was at least five people working so no excuse for any of it.

This Wendy’s is run very poorly by a woman with very poor hygiene. Uniforms aren’t properly worn. Wendy’s food prep rules aren’t enforced, The manager has had staff to her home to clean it paying them under the table. She has tried to bribe loyalty of staff by gifting them with exorbitant and inappropriate gifts. She herself is chronically late to work and has asked working staff to clock her in. She calls out frequently. She often tries to take credit for the efforts of her staff herself to upper management. There have been fist fights among staff in the last six months. There have been staff who have brought drugs on premises or come in high with very little repercussion. Her office is untidy and disorganized. Corporate needs to question the lack organization and leadership by her and the lack of trust or respect her staff have for her. I for one will never eat at this location again and discourage others as well.

There’s not much to say except it’s a standard Wendy’s. The drive through can sometimes be out into the street so it would be nice if something could be done about that. This could be remedied by going inside but who goes to the dining room anymore?
