This pizza hut is hit or miss on quality of service. Last time we went it was awesome service! Today it was non existent. We walked out before ordering due to no one seating us or acknowledging we were standing there for several minutes.

When I say extra mushrooms I do mean extra. The amount I had on my pizza had to be some type of joke. Because it looked like they just took a toddler and told them to put on a hand size amount. And the fact that it wasn’t the first time either. So at this point I may as well go to Papa John’s. Cause at least they actually put extra when I ask.

The food is always nasty greasy when you go to get a salad from them the lettuce is always brown and yellow the ingredients now they don’t use fresh ingredients you can tell it tastes like rotten food the service is really horrible the never keep your drink feel the manager is hateful person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered from this store at 3:54pm ands at 5:54 pm my order still wasn’t delivered. I called the store and was advised that the driver came to my door and knocked but no one answered. Well the driver came thru and did not stop, because my neighbor saw him drive past my building! I had to call again to have them bring it out! They even had an attitude when I inquired about my order! The same driver brought my order after I complained. I will not order from this store ever again!!

Whole order that wasn’t cheap, especially with delivery for tip they don’t deserve plus cost of food and gas just to deliver from right up street from me, I’m handicapped n can’t get there is why delivery I will not. Do again. No sauce on pizza, barely any toppings, cold and hard as a rock when I got it. Wings r expensive n small for quality.

Cairo pizza hut has gave my family Food poisoning the last 2 times we have ordered pizza and cheese sticks it was warm when we got it and didn’t have part of my order in it , the cinnamon buns look 3 days old so I threw them away and cheese sticks hardly had cheese on them, the pizza hardly had any topping for them to be meat & pepperoni lovers. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. PERIOD! UNLESS IT CHANGES AND CLEANS THE PLACE UP AND GETS PEOPLE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR JOB!
