I have eaten at McDonald’s all over the country and this is by far the worst one I have ever eaten at. 99% of the time the food is cold or the order is wrong. Today after waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru we had to pull aside to wait on our food which was 3 breakfast burritos and a hash brown. After waiting another 20 minutes and seeing all the other vehicles that had pulled aside leaving with their food as well as there being no cars in the drive-thru I went in to inquire where our order was. The woman who I spoke with ,the manager I believe, didn’t seem to care and then I found out our order hadn’t even been started yet. After waiting another 10 minutes I got the food and a minor apology for it not being made. So an order that takes several minutes to make turned into an almost hour wait!

We were running our grandchildren to a doctors appointment, so on the way home we decided to treat them to McDonald’s. My wife and I have worked for McDonald’s on several occasions. Twice we worked together at McDonald’s. But any way, we found hair inside two out of five containers of McNuggets. Plus, three of the seven burgers we ordered had hairs in them. We did the complete order online, so all we had to do was pick it up. We didn’t notice until after we were on the highway. We had to go back the next day to get our money refunded, but they apologized for it. I’ve always had hair down to my belt and work grill, fry station, and Qing station. I started working for them the first time in 78 and the last time I quit there was in 2013. I never had one complaint about a hair in the food
