This restaurant has just gone downhill. My wife and I stopped by today and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes (I think we were the third vehicle in line). We thought that maybe the store was short staffed, but once we got to the window we saw 4 people in the front (we could not see in the back). The 4 people out front were just chilling and joking. I fully expect people to be able to enjoy themselves at work but not when their service and work is subpar. While they smiled and laughed with each other, we could barely get normal pleasantries. Then the food, we ordered the wings and things. The wings were hardly tossed or covered in sauce, and the fries left a little to be desired, considering it was over $20 for the two plates.

Have you seen your reviews lately? I just paid $13.60 for a house salad tossed and tongue torch look at the picture it’s not tossed! The tomatoes Taste like mildew, the bagged lettuce is gross it used to be fresh cut Took away the blue cheese salad and fried mushrooms too. Why are you ruining Zaxby’s name?

We had an issue with the location on a mobile order, and the staff at this restaurant went above and beyond to help us. The Deputy manager called the other store to sort out the issue out and was so nice to us. I honestly can’t fault them! The food was hot and delicious and quick.

The food was ok, I could’ve received more french fries for the price of the traditional wings and things combo!! The customer service was good. But overall my daughter loves to eat at Zaxby’s and you can’t put a price on Mother, and Daughter time!!

My wings are raw, they are bloody in the middle. I called up to Zaxby’s, and the manager was not helpful at all. Very very irritated and discouraged. Won’t be back there again.

I love the food, but service and wait times can be inconsistent. Just a little more investment in staffing could make this place better, but as with all service industries right now, penny pinching from the bottom is at an all-time high. The folks that work here are friendly but need help to make the food more consistently tasty.

Online ordering was not working today. It said to choose a later day and time but no days or times were available. I would up going in to order. Clean inside and employees were great. Wait time was as expected. Unfortunately the fried pickles were disastrous. Grease everywhere. I mean swimming in grease (see photos) I dumped them on a bunch of napkins which helped however there had to be like a quarter cup of oil just swimming around. Looking past the grease the pickles were pretty decent.

Chicken over cooked or refried. Service was like we were doing them a favor. Worst Zaxby’s food and service I have ever eaten. For what you pay for their food. I expect better. Almost forgot no sweet tea. 6:00 pm Tuesday. We had 6 people.
