Due to high turn over rates with employees this location is hit and miss as to whether they will be open during posted hours. If they are open the quality of service is questionable. On my most recent visit there was one person being served before me after they left the staff went on break which was strange since I hadn’t received my order. I said “excuse me” the server responded “What?!”

Burned bread. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful. Very poor quality of food. This crew is just lazy. Looking at the reviews this is not the first problem they’ve had… need to close this tragic store… JJ get a clue this is just bad for your brand.

Followed everyone’s instructions and made sure to order online to pick up. Order went through, pickup time listed as ASAP. Went over there 15 minutes later and there wasn’t a single person working inside. Called the phone and listened to it ring forever. Paid $13 for my meal and got nothing.

Javier and his team were extremely helpful when I had to do a last minute catering order for a client at the Capitol. They went above and beyond to get 150 sandwiches prepared on a quick turnaround. The driver called me day of delivery and waited patiently for me to come down, and he organized all the extra condiments in the mean time. Thanks, JJ, team! I will be sure to use them for future catering events.

Didn’t mind waiting for the one lady working to take everyone’s order and THEN make the food-she was eventually joined by another lady .. didn’t mind confirming with her again yes I asked for cheese.. but to leave and get back to work and see my sandwich was missing the cheese, rather disappointing!!

They push a big shelf in from of the door to get in when they don’t want people to come into the lobby. Because I don’t order online, I had to awkwardly stand outside holding the door open as the employee stood there behind the shelf to get my order. Then I had to yell for them to hear by at the front what I wanted on my sandwhich and then wait in the sun outside for my order. There is no sign explaining what is going on. I asked the person and they say they do this to avoid lobby traffic when they are busy with online orders. And of course, I get back to work to find I got ZERO freebies when I asked for ALL of them.

Placed online order and it was never delivered. We were told order would be canceled, it was not, and our card was charged. Spent two weeks trying to get refund. Employees at this location constantly pick up phone and hang up so they don’t have to make orders. Do not recommend.
