My daughter loves it here. The food is mostly fresh and the service is good. But I have to say the dining room is always messy. The location we go to is high traffic, so I understand, but I wish they made more of an effort to clean and wipe tables and chairs. Otherwise…we approve.

The first thing I noticed was the pleasantly arranged outside eating area. Inside I was welcomed by a super friendly staff. I must say that excellent thought was taken when designing this store. Very modern, yet cozy for conversation over your meal. Food was tasty and presented well.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. The workers couldn’t hear me never mind their coworkers. I had to almost scream for them to hear me and they still got my order wrong. They were speaking so quietly and the music was WAY too loud.

Worse possible place to go and get lunch in Seekonk worth it to just drive to another chipotle in a different area I wouldn’t leave a bad review after one visit. It seems they have a secret technique where in the time ur at the register they throw your burrito at the floor and stomp on it.

This location is spiraling down out of control. There’s zero management and zero standards. Every other time I go it’s they’re out of literally everything to undercooked rice to the point of it being inedible. So sad to see this as it is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been to.

Do not order online unless you want to wait 30 min for your order at this location! I watched 10 people who walked in receive there order before me while my food sat there on the counter. I had to walk up to them to receive my order. Online ordering should be easy for customers not frustrating..
