I stopped by, famished.. there was no wait, the manager, Eric was SUPER helpful and friendly.. the bread was fresh, the veggies were crisp, the portions were generous.. It is everything you need in a sub shop. My guy said the men’s bathroom was unkempt.. but, I did not experience that, so my rating will stay a 5..

Ordered online – got there 20 minutes later. They hadn’t even started my order, and made orders for 4 people in line before starting mine. Only to discover they were out of bacon, which was a primary ingredient of the sandwiches we ordered. No refund offered.

Placed online order, told to pickup 1:30. Arrive at 1:30, inform them I’m here for pickup. They say “yes sir right here just needs toppings”. I stand there for 15 minutes as they keep making sandwiches for the endless stream of people walking in. Lifting their subs over mine and checking them out. I asked for a refund and left. People have limited time for their lunch break and they don’t need it wasted by forgetful/neglectful employees at jersey mikes.

Ordered a chipotle Philly tonight with no onions or peppers. It came with loads of both onions and peppers. I have a food sensitivity so I threw it out after one bite… The bread was dry like sand and not fresh. Worst Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had. 18 bucks for a meal that’s wrong and stale.

if I could give this place zero stars I would. I waited 30 MINUTES for a sandwich and the lady up front was rude to absolutely everyone and got into an altercation with a customer. this was my first time at jersey mikes and I will not be back.
