Got a 12 inch steak and cheese they put 6 olives on so I asked the guy for more and the guy tells me that’s to much. Rude I think to myself I say I worked for subway you can asked for however many you want he told me I was wrong and he had to charge more for olives so I asked sense when he said sense they opened even tho in the past I have worked for subway if you wanted more veggies they aren’t supposed to charge for more. I mean your already paying 15 $ dollars for a food long he continued to tell me I was wrong even tho I know the policy is you put a certain amount on but if they for more it’s free of charge. Can of olives is maybe a dollar, they want to put 6 olives on 1 per 2 inch of sand which. Rediclous I just wanted more than 6 dang olives.

I brought my track &field team into the Jefferson City Subway on High Street. Great, quick service. When I went to pay I had a bill that was too large to use. The manager showed me the way to a bank, kept my check open, I was able to secure change for the bill, and the meal was paid for. I am sure most other places would not show that type of service. I commend the manager for his actions and would hope Subway would reward him for his kind actions.

Sometimes it’s worth the extra mile drive to get your food correct. This is a great example! My sandwich came missing two veggies and had a veggie I never asked for added. Then the sauce was completely different. I called TWO TIMES and was hung up both times. Horrible resturaunt, honestly. I wish I could give a 0 but I can’t, so I give a 1.

This is a hit and miss restaurant when it comes to customer service. Most days I am most please with the service. Today the Girls behind the counter had terrible anger issues followed with bad work ethics. its a shame because on most days this store is a benefit to the downtown dining experience. Its a shame how Two bad attitudes can ruin a good place like this one. Hopefully more qualified staff will be in the near future.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Today was the worst! So me and my coworkers wanted to order lunch from Subway. So we ordered on the Subway app from the Subway on East High Street. So since it was a delivery order, it had to be delivered by a door dash driver. First of all, their app made our order look wrong, and then when the delivery guy came, we only had 1 sandwich 1 drink, and 1 bag of chips. Keep in mind, we all ordered combos so we all supposed to have that. 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 3 chips okay. So we tried calling Subway and the number doesn’t even work!! So one of my coworkers had to go down there and let them know about our ordeer. She came back and told us how nasty the lady treated her and that we couldn’t get the rest of the food nor our money. But they did give us the other two sandwiches that were sitting in their shop that we ordered that were cold but refused to give us the rest of the order! So we all ended up going down there, which was a huge inconvenience during what was supposed to be a lunch break, so me and our other coworker went and the lady named Elizabeth was so nasty acting and obviously racist. She claimed we couldn’t get. Refund nor would they give us the rest of our food cause it would be “stealing” like come on we are trying to steal 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks? Come on. Now. This issue could have easily been resolved. Oh will be handled though. She continued to belittle us and insult our intelligence and kept saying to contact door dash and that it was not their problem even though we ordered through the Subway app. But then she turned around and said That Subway won’t receive the payment for two weeks after i showed them that subway, not door dash, took money from my card since it was ordered through the Subway app. Besides thay, the one sandwich we originally got was made incorrectly anyways! The woman also said “if you would have came in to get your orders made it would have been right” lady this was an inconvenience for our whole staff to have to leave our office to come down here. That is the entire purpose of DELVERY. then she told us to leave the store. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to go here. Highly disappointed!!

I think there’s some people that work there that need anger management or something…… lady got attitude because my mom asked “hey did you already put the avacado on there.” Like bruh…… it was a question about an item that costs money so if we purchase it… we gonna make sure it’s there. My mom was in a happy mood and being friendly and everything. I know the lady that was working there. She’s actually the reason I quit working there. A lot of people quit working there because of her so I’m not sure why she’s still there.

My sandwich was way over the top with veggies and way to much avocado spread made it horrible. She made a new sandwich for me with no problems. I was happy about that. She also had me wait 10 min to get cookies bc she said they were too hot to touch.
