I went to this Starbucks twice and never had a good experienced here… First time the service was so slow and they didn’t have menu items I wanted to get(Iced Matcha latte). So I got a different drink and it was not that good.. 🙁 Today the line was pretty fast before check out but the we had to wait so long to check out because the worker who took our oeder was confused…. I was worrying about my drink and for sure the ice already started melting and it tasted like water omg…..

We went at the busy breakfast rush, but the inside line moved quickly. The staff was friendly, food and drinks were good. The sensor didn’t work to use my app balance, so I had to use cash. That was the only issue.

It doesn’t matter what time of day, how busy, or how many workers, it takes me atleast 20 minutes to get a single coffee. Coffee is always fine. But the waits never worth it for the rudeness of the workers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the most unorganized, unprepared Starbucks chain that I have ever been too. Every time I attempt to order a drink they have absolutely nothing in stock. I requested three separate drinks and they were unable to make any of them due to their incompetence of keeping up with their inventory. In my opinion a new form of management that knows how to properly run a business will do this store some good.! On top of that, wait times are ridiculously long and about 50% of the time my drink is made incorrectly. I suggest displaying the items that are not in stock to prevent those going to work from wasting their time. This location is by far the worst location that I have been too in my whole life. Some major improvements need to be made.

I ordered from Thai Starbucks 4 times and all 4 times something went wrong. My order either got overlooked, long wait time, bad customer service, or not enough ingredients for what I ordered. All 4 times, this is the only Starbucks I’ve had an issue with.

Wow so while giving my order was thinking about get a croissant when I saw 6 flies inside all over the food. I was so disgusted that just took my coffee. The lady just came by saw me didn’t say hi or anything just said what would I like. Definitely would not recommend this place. I’ll continue my business in the Hinesville Starbuck’s. First the px food court is disgusting with the cockroaches now here. So sad that this is our base.
