Great service, excellent food, and fun atmosphere. The shakes are divine and huge. A kiddie size was plenty for me. Tables and booths are inside or the drive thru option is super convenient. Orders come out fast.

My wife and I were very excited when we learned of a new Iceberg close to us! We have been going to the Pleasant Grove location since it opened and loved it. However, be warned. This location is nowhere near the caliber I have come to expect from Iceberg.

Iceberg has the best shakes of all the restaurants that I go to. They are very large and the flavors are very good. The service has been a bit slow a couple of times that I went but they did their best and apologized for the delays when they occurred. Depending on the time of year we go 3-4 times per week.

Drive thru took five -ever. Longer than forever. Granted it was a Friday night but it was 43 mins in the drive thru. When we got to the front and paid wewere told “the shakes were backed up” definitely should have gone inside but who knows how long it would have been. It looked to be a long line there too. Shakes are so so yummy as always (we are so happy there’s one close to us now) but they need to do something with staffing or order system or an extra shake machine or something. We love you guys and will come back but if there’s that long of a line we will have to get our sweet tooth fix somewhere else.

None of the grill cooks had gloves on, touching the cheese, fries, buns, etc… very gross. Looked like the owner of the store was in and couldn’t seem to care less. Was waiting for shakes for about 30 minutes and saw no washed hands either. Do NOT recommend.

I love the iceberg. It’s been a cozy little establishment that my wife and I have been frequenting for 25 years. We are very happy to have one so close to us. We love going out for a shake, and the flavors never disappoint.

We have now tried iceberg twice since it opened. Both weeknights. The first time it was like 9:30pm and we waited in line for a good while. Then we waited at the window for a good chunk as well. We paid, then they said after like 5 min they needed to run our card again. Once home, I checked my bank statement and I’m assuming they charged us for someone else’s order, then refunded it and charged us for ours (two very different prices were charged). They got our order wrong, but then fixed it.

The onion rings are both delicious and humongous. Way more onion than ring, exactly as they should be. The shakes are great, I believe better than anyone else’s. The rest of the food is good enough to tag along but nothing stellar.
