Been hearing about this place and finally made the short drive up to Pollock. I was NOT disappointed! The food was absolutely delicious! And the servings were very generous. Within our group we had 3 rib plates, 1 sausage sandwich plate, and one brisket plate with an add on rib. Everyone LOVED their food and a couple ordered to go plates for supper! The employees were very happy and good-natured which made the experience that much more enjoyable. You eat outside under a covered area so I don’t know how it would be in inclement weather, but today was perfect. Highly recommended!

Alexandria was shut down due to tornado, so we kept on traveling till we ran across knuckle suckers. We stop there and they were still there but they were closed due to the storms, but these nice kind folks took us in anyway and fed us a delicious meal! Since our meal they felt was not hot and fresh enough they give us a discount, this meal was the best we had all weekend during our trip, if we r ever back in the area we will definately go back!!! The food was good and the hospitality the people gave us was great! They took us in when most folks would have turned us away.

No indoor dining, just picnic tables outside, so therefore no A/C, and in this part of the country, it’s too hot to dine alfresco much of the year, or it is to me anyway. The staff is always sooooo nice! Prices are reasonable, food is delicious.

I have been to knuckle suckers a few times but each time they have been sold out of ribs. Today I called them after work to reserve 2 racks of ribs. OMG! I now understand why they are sold out often! The best tasting and meaty ribs I have ever eaten. And the brisket will just melt in your mouth! A little pricey but worth every penny!

This hole-in-the-wall local joint has the tastiest BBQ around! I highly recommend the PB&J – pulled pork, brisket, and jalapeño sausage with fresh tasty coleslaw on a bun. So yummy! We’re driving 45 minutes one way to eat there again today!

Best pork barbeque I have had since moving to Louisiana almost five years ago. When you order a barbeque sandwich you get a large amount of meat unlike most places around here. Staff is friendly and atmosphere very casual. Great food. If you like great barbeque you owe it to yourself to eat here.

Knuckle Suckers never disappoints. From the down home atmosphere to the second to none bbq, it’s an experience your tastebuds will thank you for. They had a band playing popular hits from the 70’s and 80’s, making it the best dining event I’ve had in a very long time!

I went Saturday 5/12/18 at 5:00 pm the cashier said it would be 20 minutes on my order. So i went home (1 mile away) at 5:20pm i went back to pick up my order that was already paid for . Waited in line for the second time 3 customers ordered and received their order righr away My turn. She said it’s not ready! A simple order (brisket, beans, Mac and cheese. I waited & waited finally at 5:50 pm (50 minutes after ordering & behind 3 other orders) Their excuse was those were call in orders. If they were called in orders I want to know why they placed the order and paid at the window (a call in doesn’t need to place order) although i only live a very short distance away. It would be quicker for me to drive all the way to Pineville to outlaws BBQ. It would be quicker, cheaper, & better quality food & I’m sure they won’t blantley lie to me. The Mexican cashier was rude to me. That is unacceptable for a place of busines
