I went through the drive-through and was surprised by how poor the service was. They took forever to actually get my order when I was the only one who was there at the time. I pulled up to the window, payed, and waited for my food. I waited forever. The workers within acted as if I wasn’t there, waiting. They finally opened the window and asked if I needed anything else, acting surprised once I told them I hadn’t even gotten my drinks. They apologized and proceeded to make me wait five more minutes for the WRONG order. It took forever to actually get my order and the food was burnt. Horrible.

Went to try this new location nearby the house. I told them the coupons code at the drive thru and everything were correct, then went to the window to pay and the total price changed. I asked them why it was that much and they told me “sorry it didn’t go through”, THEN tell the customer at the beginning. Don’t just randomly changed the price and gave a disrespectful apology. I asked if they accept coupons and they did acknowledge. Gave valid coupons as well. In the end I payed the changed price, but the way the employee acted was unbelievable.
