Drive thru service felt very rush!!!! Barely had time to look at the menu. Stephanie was very unprofessional, not friendly. The other employee who was packing the food, scratched her nose and did not stop to go wash your hands. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Krystal to anyone! Also make sure you hire a more friendly staff.

Liberty Gosdin
The food was inedible. Thought since they advertise being open late it would be our best option. They really dropped the ball. The woman working the drive thru was very pleasant and offered us a drink while we waited on fries that they “forgot” the first time. I really appreciated her manners but I will not be returning. Not sure if all Krystal’s have went down hill or if it’s just this location. Spent $30 for it to go in trash.

The person taking my order at the drive through had a very bad attitude when I placed order. Then when I received my order it was wrong. And the person all but threw my food at me and said you got what you paid for turned around and walked away… this was only my second time eating at Krystals and I’m not impressed after this visit. And the worst part was the food did not taste very good either.. Was the worst 62.00 ever spent.

Too many onions on all our sandwiches, left jalapeños off junkyard fries. Staff acted inconvenienced when asked for mustard and napkins. Drive thru had one car ahead of us, still waited about 10-15 mins to get food.

It was late… so this place was great! The missing star is for not having a working drive thru system to assist with the ‘fast food’ portion of my visit. My cashier Stephanie was fantastic and gave great service, especially since I arrived during the late evening (when she probably was exhausted frm not being able to take orders before customers got to the window). There was a line and a good amount of time invested in the wait. But my order was correct, my food was hot and fresh, and I was rewarded for my patience. I will return!

I understand people have good and bad days at work. But this cashier was so rude while she was taking our order. Not only did she rush us to place are order. When we pulled up to the window she was on the phone the entire time and leaning on all of the counters and doing other inappropriate things while we was at the window. Jessica was the name of the cashier on the receipt. We will never be coming back to this location.
