Had great service by “Sam”. Purchased the twelve piece meal deal with the cooler bag drink. It was awesome. Great to take on a picnic! We stopped and purchased cups, plates and forks. The cold slaw was extra yummy this time. Will be back to this location.

So twice in a week I’ve been moved enough to leave a restaurant review, unfortunately not because of great service but lousy. It’s been years since I’ve patronized this store as they have a terrible reputation at the drive thru getting our orders wrong. So, this time we went in to order to go. But undeterred they still found a way to screw up. First of the 16 piece extra crispy bucket we ordered only the top few pieces were actually EC the rest were original recipe…intentional deception. Second we received someone else’s side items…in addition to what we ordered which indicates they didn’t get what they ordered. Wow again a sad commentary on the status of hiring good help.

I really like KFC, unfortunately they do not offer Unsweetened tea at the kiosk, only sweet tea. As the only other option for me is water.. and buying a bottle inside is very expensive, I find it not possible to eat inside.

The last two times I’ve gotten takeout here have been superb, the manager really shines at this location, he’s on top of everything and double checks every order and how it’s being prepared. I usually don’t give fast food high reviews but the quality at this location is what all KFC restaurants should be.
